Enter through separate back deck entrance into basement guest suite via passcode door lock. Enjoy the large living and dining area that includes an electric fireplace, Wifi, and 65'' TV. Space includes a private bathroom, bedroom with a queen size bed, office space, washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee bar with kcups, tea, and creamer. Cozy sectional couch in living room may serve as additional sleeping space for 1 additional guest upon request. Complimentary bottled water and wine is also included! Outside space includes solo stove, BBQ, 2 city bikes, and a new private hot tub for you to sit back and relax during your stay . Street parking is available in front of the home.

Please park on house side of street if available. Enter through the front wood gate that says "Welcome". Follow the pathway to the deck where you will find your seperate entrance to your space. Enter with passcode.
