Experiência incrível !!!
Fomos super bem recebidos pelo dono que nos fez sentir como no nosso próprio rancho. Lugar incrível, quartos super aconchegantes, as crianças amaram se sentir em caravanas como no Velho Oeste. Tudo cuidado com o maior capricho e dedicação nos mínimos detalhes. A localização um pouco afastada do centro compensa pela paz e beleza do ligar. Recomendo e ficaria novamente hospedada lá !!!! Vale a pena !!!!! Experiência única !!!!!

Amazing stay! Breakfast is outstanding, served daily at 8AM (they ring a bell to summon the guest)! Only downfall was that we were on a motorcycle and to enter the property there is about 1.5 miles of unpaved gravel road!

This ranch is magnificent. It has been so relaxing and enjoyable. The hosts are so friendly and hospitable. Ms. Terri takes care of everything here on the ranch for the guests and we just loved her. We have to leave this morning and really want more time. We will definitely come back here again!

The room was nicely decorated and clean. We sat in the huge recliners and watched the deer graze just outside our window. If you like peace and quiet and beautiful scenery then this place is for you.

Amazing stop
What an amazing place this was. Our hosts, Jerry and Betty were over the top Jerry had lots of stories to tell us. Every room was unique in the decor. The entire inn was a authentic western motif. I will definitely return when in the area. So if you are in the area it’s a must stay.

It was amazing. Owners and staff were amazing. Made you feel like you were at home. I highly recommend staying at the ranch. You won’t regret it.

Excellent stay, want to return
We had a great time at the K3. Our family was excited about going to Cody. The people who own and host at this facility are both friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and helpful about where to eat and visit in the area. This is a working ranch, so there was a large hay field by the lodges that was freshly cut and my kids could run wild. We played all around the grounds. My kids swam in the canal and my husband caught fish that were naturally there (from the river being diverted through the local properties). My daughter's favorite part was playing in the water and feeding the horses. We stayed in the sheepherder's wagon and while it's not show on their website there is a fantastic bathroom between it and the other building. We found the facilities to be very clean. The breakfast is cooked outside over a wood fired grill. There was honey from the farm, orange juice, and fresh food every morning. We highly recommend this place and hope to come back.

My family loved the breakfast they cook for all guests in the morning. The people there are all so friendly and personable. It’s a cute place and very clean.

Great stay.
Everything was excellent. The only thing that was an issue was the lack of cups in our room for having water to drink. The beds were quite “creaky” & disturbed our sleep throughout the night. Other than that, the stay was excellent & I would highly recommend it.

It’s just cool. 10 minutes into town. You are on a secluded ranch. We stayed in the cottage. Plenty of room. For someone from the east coast, this was rather unique

We stayed in a new wagon on the property. It was really cute settings. The breakfast was also really good!! The staff was also very welcoming and friendly.

Great place
If you want comfort, quality and nice people this is your place. The bunkhouse was great. The kids can roam freely and is encouraged at check in. It is like being at a family’s ranch. Honestly the only down side is no WiFi in our cabin. But that is just fine with me having to put down tech. I only stated so if you need it you know it doesn’t reach the bunkhouse. There’s a common area about 50-75 feet away with WiFi. And if you are here when the Cody rodeo is going on I would suggest it. One of my favorite places ever to stay.

My husband and I absolutely loved staying here. The owner and his staff did an amazing job at making us feel like we were staying in at own ranch. The other guests were also very friendly and breakfast was delish! Will be making sure to stay here again the next time we come to Wyoming!

My husband and I just ended an 11 day trip, driving out West to Jackson, West Yellowstone, Gardiner, and Cody as our main stops, while visiting the Grand Tetons, Yellowstone and more. K3 Guest Ranch was by far our favorite place we stayed. We stayed there in Cody for two nights in The Bunk House. The owners and staff were so very friendly, like family. The ranch was beautiful and the rooms unique. We especially loved our morning breakfasts outside cooked by Heather, chuckwagon style, joined by the owners Jerry and Betty themselves! Jerry’s a hoot! Highly recommend if ever in Cody, WY!!!!

K3 was a great place to stay. Fun and unique rooms. Staff was great and easy to deal with. Breakfast was very good. Our daughter loved feeding the horses! The owner and staff again were fun and great to deal with! We will be back!

great place
We had a great stay. We stayed in the sheep wagon and it was comfortable. It was very quiet and we had a nice hot breakfast. The hosts made us feel like family.

If you dont stay there you're missing out!!!
Well, I can check sleeping in a Conestoga Wagon off the bucket list. It was nice experiencing the old west with modern amenities. Heather cooked up a tasty breakfast, Jerry was an entertaining host & Terri made sure everything was just right. If youre ever in or around Cody, WY the K3 Guest Ranch is a place youll want to stay.

A/c was terrible, sounded like a loud clanging metal hitting each other. Terry was the host at check in and thru the stay. Amazing, friendly, sweet and very helpful. The owner not so much, very rude and insulting at times to not only us but all the guest each morning at breakfast. The scenery was beautiful, quiet and peaceful. It’s a lovely place, just a few changes and it would be awesome.😊

Terri asks guests every morning if everything is good in their room. You were here for three days and never said a word, that potentially made the next guest suffer and you could have had two better days if you would have spoken up. We do not sleep in the rooms so we have to rely on guests to tell us if something is wrong, that is why we ask. We know you were not feeling well the day you left (maybe you did not feel well the entire stay?) and we know the smoke from the fire blew your way one morning and you stated it was bothering your allergies. Again, if you would have said it was really bothering you we could have switched locations or moved your table. We say we cook over an open fire so there will be smoke from a fire. I believe you may have felt my dad was rude because he said something about smelling like fire and cant you handle a little smoke and smoke follows beauty… can’t remember exactly what he said. But several people spoke up about smoke following beauty and how the saying got started. You may have taken offense to that joke/conversation about beauty? Not sure. Anyhow, we are very sorry your stay wasn't perfect.

We had a wonderful stay. The horses were very friendly with our young grandchildren. We also enjoyed seeing one of the two owls that live in the barn. Awesome breakfast and hospitality. Lastly, beautiful location.
