Welcome to Alpine Place! A modern traditional monthly rental conveniently located in-town Cody. This home is about ½ mile to Olive Glenn Golf Club and a short drive to shopping, dining, and area attractions.

Once entering, you are welcomed by the main living area with comfortable seating, a homey brick fireplace, and a large screen television. The breakfast bar area in the living room overlooks the spacious kitchen. The kitchen offers quartz countertops, ample storage, and a sliding door to the patio and backyard. On the upper, you have the master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Also on the upper level, you have a second bedroom with a queen bed and hall bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combo. Downstairs you have a second living room space with a large screen television and leather sectional sofa for plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring or working. The third bedroom is located on the lower level with a queen bed and a sofa. There is a half bathroom and laundry room on this level as well. Outside, there is a great patio area with patio furniture in a private backyard. Guests also have access to the garage. This home has no shortage on space or style.

Monthly Rental Information: all monthly rental rates include all utilities and internet service to the home. The one-time cleaning fee is charged at the beginning of the stay to cover the checkout cleaning. Additional cleanings during the rental term may be scheduled through Cody Lodging Company for an additional charge. For stays longer than 30 days, a completed and signed rental agreement is required prior to occupancy. The agreement must be signed by the primary renter responsible for the reservation. For stays longer than 30 nights, a security deposit may be applied by Cody Lodging Company.
