Cocoa beach stay

We enjoyed the house and the beautiful trees and back yard area. Beds were comfortable with exception of the twins which were hard. Nice walks to the beach. House was full of thoughtful conveniences to use at the beach.

Parking - We had room for two full size trucks and a trailer for kayaks with no trouble. Rental was clean and spacious. It was quiet and exactly as described. The host/hostess was wonderful and immediately answered my call when we arrived and my message when we checked out. We had a great time!!

Amazing vacation

This is our 2nd time renting this immaculate home. Home is very accommodating for a family. Location is close to everything and especially to the beach. There are beach anemities that you can take with you to accomodate a day at the beach from toys, towels, umbrella and a wagon to take everything. Everything described is what you gwt.

Absolutely Great!!!!!

This property was absolutely amazing!!!! It was great for our family of 7!!!! The walk to the beach was easy and close!!!! The property owner was very attentive and easy to get ahold of. The property was exactly as listed in the profile!!! We had a great week of relaxation!!!!

This was a great house. I misunderstood it to having at least a 3rd bathroom but it was actually an outdoor shower. There is a small step inside that is a trip hazard. So our guests didn’t want to stay on that side of house in case of overnight bathroom needs on other side of house. But otherwise this house was fantastic! Great outdoor space, too! Loved the dart-board

Excellence experience

We stayed 6 nights and 7 days. The house was as advertised, no surprises. Perfect for our family for hanging out when we were not out exploring. Renting a house was much better than a hotel. Very easy access to the beach. Grocery store and restaurants close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.

Great property for beach time and local entertainment

My family and I had a great stay at this property. The beach is within walking distance as are some restaurants and ice cream stores! We also went to the nearby Kennedy Space Center for two days. The owner provides beach towels, toys, umbrella, and buggy which were VERY HELPFUL for those who flew into Orlando. I highly recommend this property for a family vacation!

Nice location, great amenities

The location was near everything. And just a quick walk to the beach! The house was very well stocked with beach equipment including beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, blankets, towels, and even a wagon to transport everything there. The kitchen had all the necessities and them some if you want to cook while there. Plenty of towels and enough toiletries, garbage bags, dish soap, and laundry pods for each night of stay. The backyard was really cute and spacious although it rained each day just enough to get everything wet and it was really humid so we didn’t really use the backyard or the games in the garage. The neighborhood felt safe. Overall the house was very comfortable and homey. We enjoyed our family stay!

Great Location!!!

We loved the short walk to the beach with all the beach amenities! The outdoor shower was a favorite. We loved being close the ice cream shop for our teens. The only trouble we had was a late check in due to extra cleaning needed from previous renters. We appreciated them being thorough. Thanks so much!

Perfecr location. Could walk to dinner, publix. Had parking for our 3 vans. Clean, comfortable, nice kitchen, comfy sofa and bed. Rooms had AC and ceiling fans. Very responsive host

VERY clean!

Cleanliness is our family's most important criteria, and this home is clean and well-maintained. The decor is fresh and well thought out. We liked the location so close to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. The garage rec room is an awesome place to unwind with the kids after travel. The back lawn is a beautiful place to relax as well, with plenty of patio furniture. Inside, I wish there were more hooks for hanging things in bathrooms, bedrooms, and by entrance. Towels and jackets kept ending up on the floor because they had no "home." Otherwise, we thank the owners for a pleasant place to stay!

Great summer getaway

We had a wonderful stay! We chose not to walk to the beach even though it would have been a 5 minute walk. You have to cross a two lane road to get there and it wasn’t feasible with some of the people in our party. There is a car wash a couple miles down the road with great vacuum cleaners that we used at the end of the week before we packed to go home. The sand/beach toys and equipment available for use were very convenient. My older kids loved the boogie boards. It is close enough to see the pier but far enough away we had a section of the beach all to ourselves. The outdoor shower proved very useful (and private!) every day. We were able to visit the Kennedy Space Center (very short drive) and Universal Studios (about an hour away) with no trouble. The house alarm did give a low battery warning and beeping later in the week. I sent a text to the property manager and it was fixed very quickly. We had great communication with the property manager. I highly recommend and would stay here anytime again in the future.

Fantastic house in a great spot in Cocoa Bch

I love this house! I was worried about the location being right next to a pizza and ice cream place but it was not an issue at all. We played in the large backyard that had a very tall fence dividing the house from the restaurant/plaza almost nightly and you'd have no idea there was businesses on the other side of the fence. Plus the kids loved walking up for ice cream a few times. We traveled with 3 kids ages 7, 5, 3 and myself, husband and my mom and we had tons of space in the house to spread out. My kids loved the house and asked to return again for our next vacation. There is only a few things I would note that the house could use. There's no hooks in the front bathroom to hang towels. We gave my mom the master suite so there was 5 of us using the bathroom and that was a lot of towel to try to hang up to dry! We managed but a few hooks would have been helpful. Also none of the bedrooms had curtains besides the master. All had blinds but the sun comes up at 6 am in FL in the summer and none of us wanted to be up quite that early! Luckily with kids I've learned to travel with extra sheets and we just hung them on the valance rods to provide a bit more shade from the early morning sun. The house comes with just about everything you could need so don't pack much! Extra linens was the only thing missing. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels but no extra sheets or blankets. With kids, stuff happens but the washer and dryer was right there, if needed. They provided a few laundry pods. That was a nice plus. They had a good amt of toilet paper, which we were very grateful for. The beach is a short walk/drive down the street. We chose to drive as we have tons of stuff with all the kids to lunge but there's a small parking lot the end of Taft. We used several of the items provided at the house. Beach umbrella and chairs, towels, toys and a wagon! It was great not to have to worry about packing these items. The Dinosaur store and museum was nice rainy day activity. Lots packed into a small space. Suzy makes mermaids was another great indoor activity. Call ahead to Suzy and she'll get everything set up. Making the mermaids and a rocket ship was a huge highlight on our trip. Gators Dockside has a grassy area outside and is off the port so the kids can see the big cruise ships. There's a nice playground at the old downtown area (the splash pad was closed for maintenance) and Sandpiper park is a short drive from the house. The hosts were great!

Fantastic stay, great location!

This place was brilliant, we were two families of four and plenty of room for us all. It had everything you need for a trip to the beach- the beach buggy, chairs, boogie boards etc were fabulous. We arrived early to cocoa beach and the hosts very kindly allowed us early access to the house. All in all, highly recommended

Incredible property! A true home away from home!

My family and I loved this house! The backyard is amazing and we hung out in it every night. It was so great to let my 3 and 6 year old kids run laps every night before bed in a safe, wide open space! The outdoor shower was wonderful for after our daily beach adventures. The game room was so fun! And all the beach amenities you could possibly need or want! The house was impeccably clean and all the decor and details were perfect! The pizza and ice cream shops just in the other side of the fence were delicious. And the fence was tall enough to barely notice they were there. The house is private, even being so close to a busier road. We came to visit the Kennedy Space Center and it was an easy 22 minute drive there. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. And the property manager was great. There is too many great things to say about this house! Thank you for renting this beautiful spot on this incredible place!
