Quiet, clean neighborhood just a few blocks from the beach. Half way between Cocoa Beach downtown and the Ron Jon surf shop and Cocoa Beach pier area. You will be very close to Lori Wilson Park: the best, biggest public beach in Cocoa Beach with lots of parking, showers, bathrooms, a food truck, and picnic areas. Very near restaurants, grocery and shopping. You can walk to the local Dunkin` Donuts (yum). The downtown district is nearby with walkable shopping and dining.

This house is spacious, bright and clean. Lounge by the huge heated pool, hot tub in all the comfortable lounge chairs. Or have fun under the big tiki bar with a granite counter top, lights and ceiling fans. Great propane gas grill for cooking dinner for the whole family. There is beautiful Pottery Barn furniture throughout the house. The kitchen and dining area is big and open and bright. Plenty of space to move around and plenty of seating for big family meals and gatherings.

The living room & all the bedrooms have televisions with Netflix, Hulu and tons of other channels. There is free high-speed WiFi throughout the house (a Google Mesh WiFi system keeps the signal strong everywhere). Easy-access, free laundry machine and clothes dryer are right next to the kitchen area for your convenience. All bedrooms have black out curtains for peaceful sleep even if the sun is shining outside. On-site parking for 4 vehicles.

Unwind and lounge at this house comfortably: in the large heated pool where the kids are sure to play for hours-on-end, in the warm, bubly, relaxing hot tub, and under the large tiki bar where you can sit in the shade and sip a cocktail or soft drink. There is a big TV in the living room and televisions in every bedroom. All are smart TV's with tons of channels. The house has great air conditioning with two central air conditioners and two extra window units to set your comfort level exactly like you want it.

There is a large dining area that has multiple options for seating (up to 20), whether you want a big family meal at the big dining room table, a snack at the kitchen island or something in between like a lunch for all the kids at either of the two dining tables. All kitchen counters have granite countertops. Stainless steel kitchen appliances. Very elegant. Very comfortable.

Several grocery stores (Publix, WalMart) are nearby. Welcome binder has tons of helpful interesting info on restaurants, shopping, activities (sport fishing, surf lessons, nature viewing, kayaking, dolphin tours, etc.)
