Enjoy the best view in the building on either of your two private oceanfront balconies. This penthouse, corner unit is right next to the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone. You are also only a few minutes from the famous Ron Jons Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.

Unit 509 has a king bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom and an air mattress for the living room. In addition, everything you need is provided such as free high-speed wireless internet, beach toys and accessories, linens, towels, a full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer and much more

Enjoy all of the amenities (at no cost) the Chateau by the Sea building has to offer such as a heated oceanfront pool and private access to the beach. In addition there is a 360 degree roof deck which is perfect for viewing shuttle launches, sunsets or just sunbathing! This is the only complex in Cocoa Beach with a roof top deck that allows weekly rentals.

We stay at the Chateau often when we come to Cocoa and really love it there. I wasn't overly impressed with this unit for the price we paid and it being a "penthouse". The unit was dated. There was also ants all over the bedrooms and bathroom. The location is great though.

Warm water and sunshine!

Love this place, it is my favorite in cocoa beach. The pool is warm and crystal clear with blue hues. Ocean front condo was really beautiful with awesome views. Cruse ships passing every day to their destination. Remember to bring your binoculars, they are a must in the ocean view condo! You might even see a dolphins. The furniture could use a refresh and cleaning and the sofa was awefull. If you don’t stay in the room and stay out all the time it won’t matter. It did for us, seniors like to take naps and being comfortable is at the top of the list of comforts for us old people. Close to pier, all is in walking distance, resteraunts and groceries as well. Enjoy!

Absolutely hands down the BEST Condo at Cocoa Beach

We arrived on Saturday and as soon as we opened the door, we fell in love with the breathtaking view of the ocean. The condo was extremely clean and all of the furniture was in excellent shape. The kitchen is well stocked with all of your cooking needs. No need to bring your beach chairs, umbrella, or cooler-condo has them all! We actually brought an additional umbrella with us for our two teenagers and we preferred the condo umbrella. The beds were comfy and there were extra blankets and pillows if you need. The washer and dryer in the unit was a blessing if you have children who change clothes ten times a day (teen girls). It was wonderful to bring our dogs with us. The grounds including the pool is well kept and you can tell that the full time residents take pride in their property. The beach is fabulous, the teens loved walking to the pier for ice cream and lunch, and we absolutely fell in love with the condo. This is a very family friendly area and so peaceful and quiet. The full time residents are super friendly so just want to shout out to them for allowing us to visit. Also a big thank you to Zareh for the hospitality-you are doing an amazing job! I have no negatives for this condo-can't wait to return!

Get away to Cocoa Beach

The condo was fantastic. Loved the beach/ocean front and the roof top deck. Everything was great with the condo except the living room furniture. It was uncomfortable and not what was pictured on the site when I rented it. Other than that, we loved our time at Chateau by the sea 509.

Nice place, great location, could use some maintenance

The location was fantastic but the condo itself was only ok. Some things were in disrepair, like the bed in the master bedroom being held up by 2x4’s, and pigeons nesting in the storage/AC closet on the deck (due to a hole on the door of the storage closet). Overall, I’d stay there again assuming the owners fix some of the issues.

Perfect for our family!

This property was perfect for my family. They beach access, pool, and roof are amazing! We would definitely stay again. Twin beds were perfect our two Little’s and the view from the master was amazing. The floors of the unit were pretty dirty were we arrived but everything else was completely perfect.

Excellent property and location

What more can I say, except our stay was great. We wanted to visit somewhere close enough to go to Universal, yet still be on the beach. This was the perfect area. The property itself was situated in an even better location that we could have hoped. Right by the pier, excellent and unobstructed views, right on the ocean. The inside was clean and well kept, an amazing value and place we plan to stay again! Our host was excellent and checked in via email to ensure our stay was going well, and the check in/out process was seamless. We will definitely stay at this location again!

The perfect place!

This condo is clean and tidy. Simply decorated which was so perfect. The sand is a quick little walk, and the ocean is the best view ever. We could hear the waves crashing inside.

Gorgeous Ocean View

We just left after staying in 509 at Chateau by the Sea. We LOVED the condo and how clean and welcoming it was. The decor is wonderful and beachy. It makes you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in! The walking distance to the Pier was fantastic!! The only downside to our trip is you could hear the neighboring condo’s dog bark until the owners came back to the condo.

Family Vacation 2020

We had a wonderful vacation! Our family was blessed to find Chateau by the Sea and was able to book 5 condos with same dates, giving each family their own space. The fenced in pool, dog walk, easy access to beach, the pier view and within walking distance, and especially the oceanfront views all made this a perfect spot for a family vacation. It was great to see our grandchildren laughing and playing with not a care in the world except enjoying the moment in the pool and beach with siblings and cousins. We watched the parents bravely take on the responsibility of managing their babies, toddlers, and children up through teenagers in and around the pool, needing sun screen, going to the beach, wanting a drink or something to eat, playing in the sand, walking to get ice cream from the pier, night walks on beach, night fishing, and as you can imagine the list goes on and on with constant activity. All while trying to squeeze in a few minutes of relaxation for themselves. The convenience and locations of the rooms was the saving grace for all of us. We had families on 1st, 3rd, and 5th floors all direct pool view and oceanfront. I would say we had it covered from the ground up. As America continues to be challenged between the COVID-19 Pandemic, loss of loved ones, isolation and distant learning, and unemployment to reopening American, riots and political wars, etc. we enjoyed every peaceful minute at Cocoa Beach. We really appreciated finding a safe place to escape the world for a few days to enjoy our family and make some memories to hold in our hearts forever. Thank you for sharing your lovely place for others to enjoy. It was a beautiful and peaceful time for us.

Great week in Cocoa Beach

Wonderful location near Cocoa Beach pier. You can walk to most anything. Beautiful sunrises will start your day. A quick walk to the beach. Loved it here.

Perfect place

Husband and I rented this for a week to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. Loved the location and easy access to pool and beach. Everything had codes so no keys to keep up with. Will probably rent again when we bring kids back down with us.

Excellent Stay

Our baseball tournament home away from home!

Drew was so super helpful and efficient! Everything went as planned! The condo was pretty and clean. It was smaller than appeared on-line but it suited our needs very well! The location is handy! Loved the Publix super close and the pier right there! The items such has chairs, towels, cooler, and beach umbrella were fantastic! No need to travel with those items! We enjoyed the property, it was very quite and simple. We would absolutely stay again if in the area! Thank you for a fun time Cocoa Beach!!
