The condo itself, five stars. Clean and well-appointed and the location can't be beat, walking to pier, etc. The downsides: The host became non-responsive during the stay. We had some parking questions that didn't get answered and it gave us some anxiety as there were signs threatening to tow. But it was Thanksgiving week so who knows, it wasn't a huge deal. What WAS a huge deal, for us at least, were the rules of the condo. The grassy lawn seen in the photos was one of the reasons we rented, so the kids could throw a frisbee while our motion-impaired grandparents sat on the patio. Well, we were told on arrival there is "no playing" in that grass. Literally you can't walk out there and throw a ball without the apartment manager quietly reminding you that lawns are a "common area" and no.. anything... allowed. I get not wanting a drunken party on the lawn-- but kids throwing a ball? Come on. Second was the pool. It closes "30 minutes before sunset." Which is about the time you'll come up from a hot day at the beach and want to spend time relaxing by the pool, when the sky is starting to turn pink-- But nope. It's cleared out and locked, for legal reasons, because there aren't "lights." Which, you know, buy lights? But also-- no drinking or food at pool. So if you were hoping to eat a hotdog at one of the four tables around the pool, or have a glass of wine. Also not allowed. So make of those rules what you will, but it didn't fit into our concept of a vacation.

Perfect Place

This condo is in a great location, just a short walk from the ocean and beautifully maintained. It was well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was the perfect getaway and we already looking forward to coming back again!

Perfect Location

We stayed for a short time (3 nights) but wish it was longer. The condo had everything we needed, there was plenty of space for us in the home, loved that it was on the 1st floor and very short distance to the beach. The pier was super close too so that was a plus. Will definitely be back.

Perfect family beach location

We had a great stay and the location was perfect! The condo was well stocked and well maintained. The view of the sand dunes out back were so peaceful. We had a minor issue with the front door but the owner and property manager were super helpful and responsive to get it resolved quickly and make sure we weren’t impacted!

A Beautiful Stay!!!

This condo is the perfect location with the perfect amount of privacy and quiet, while remaining close to the pool and the beach! Just be mindful at the pool as there are strict rules and we witnessed them enforce them with other guests. You cannot even have water by the pool. However, it is very clean and a nice place to swim. Not very crowded at all hours of the day. The pier is not too far of a walk, and there are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby (12 min walk). We’d recommend fish camp, Mexico’s Grill (flautas are so good and the guac), and the pier restaurant for some sushi. Don’t get the ice cream though as it’s melting as soon as it comes out of the machine. The condo is clean and updated. The host is an amazing communicator and so accommodating to make our vacation such a great experience! And best of all, the price is right! Thank you for a great stay!

A True Gem

Kristen’s unit is absolutely beautiful. Everything has been updated and is in perfect condition. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. All the extras made this even better - from the beach gear, to the supplies of soap, fluffy towels and other amenities you don’t find in most rentals. The beach was beautiful, although we didn’t get to spend much time on it due to rainy weather and then Hurricane Milton. The pier is a very quick walk from the unit and we wished we could have spent more time there. Don’t hesitate- book this unit, you won’t regret it! Our family will definitely book it again for future trips to Cocoa!!

Coco beach condo

Great unit and space. Loved the location right on the beach and on the first floor which was perfect. Everything is conveniently located within 5 - 10 minutes away. The host was available to speak with if needed at any time through our stay.

Great stay

What a wonderful place to stay. There was plenty of room for my family of 5. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. There were plenty of beach towels and beach chairs. There were also some soft coolers perfect for packing a picnic for the beach. The location was perfect. Nice and quiet on the lower corner. It was quiet and just steps from either the beach or the pool. The host was also very easy to communicate with. We would definately stay here again. chairs

Cocoa Beach Paradise

Absolutely wonderful condo. Recently upgraded, pictures displayed on VRBO site are all the old furniture. Everything you could ask for, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, towels, etc in excess! Comfortable beds, great bedding. Condo totally clean. Great pool. Close to pier. Anything that was negative on previous reviews has been corrected. . Was beyond our expectations. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing trip

What a beautiful condo. My family of 5 had plenty of space. The beds were soft and the kitchen had everything you need to feel at home. The bathrooms were updated and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Four adults had a great stay. Many shops, bars and restaurants were within walking distance, as was the pier. There is a nice heated pool. The ground floor condo is beach facing, and there is a dune between the patio and beach. The beach is just steps away. The dune prevents a view of the beach, but it is pretty and provides privacy. Fabulous location

This location is great. Very close to the pier, right on the beach, walking distance to several bars and restaurants. The kitchen band linen cupboards were very well stocked. The property owner was very responsive to our questions. This is a ground floor unit so no stairs or elevator required. The bathrooms were dated however the property owner told us both bathrooms would be updated in the coming months. Would definitely stay here again.

Beachside Holiday

Great location for a fun beach holiday! Weather was cold, so we were only able to do some beach walks - but it was still fun! Condo slept all 6 of comfortably, and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes for our use. Thank you to Kristen for the ease of rental and check-in/out, it was so smooth. Great location and accommodation

We went on a family vacation with our two teenage children and our in-laws. Our age range was from 14-74. We enjoyed that the condo was in a great location to everything and easy to find. The condo is located on the 1st level which means no steps from the car to front door. We had two cars and able to park one car close and the second car within 100 feet from the condo. The condo was very safe and neighbors and people at the condo were friendly. The pool was warm to swim and we also enjoyed grilling one night. It is a charcoal grill close to the pool area. It is also close to the condo. The view from the patio looks out but you can not see the ocean but you can hear it. You are very close to ocean and easy to get to the beach. I love that we could hear the ocean and able to get to the beach within steps. The cocoa beach pier is very close. We enjoyed ice cream and also went shopping. We also enjoyed watching people surf. We loved this condo and would recommend it.

Great for watching space launch!

The space launch did not occur but we still had a great time. The ocean and beach were over a small hill. One could not do better for location. There is also a swimming pool. Inside had. Everything you could need and then some. There is even small freezer if you end up going fishing. Plenty of linens and beach chairs. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful vacation!

This condo was great! Clean and well taken care of. We appreciated the beach chairs and the umbrella. We even added boogie boards to the beach closet. Everything we needed was in the condo. The location was great. My only suggestion - It would help to have directions on how to use the cable for the TV. But then again we did not come to Florida to watch TV. If we came with family again, we would definitely want to stay at this property.
