Thanks for showing an interest in our beachfront condo! We’ve been hosts for ten years on other platforms and private rentals but thought we would give VRBO a try. Happy to share past references from renters or additional information you need as we build our profile on this platform. Prime beachfront location in the Diplomat perfect for a family vacation, winter escape or couples getaway. Beautiful ground floor unit in the heart of Cocoa Beach directly facing the ocean. Private patio is steps to the beach. Sip your coffee as you watch the sunrise or sip your wine as you catch a late night shuttle launch, this direct oceanfront condo is within walking distance to Ron Jon's, the Cocoa Beach Pier, mini golf, Publix, and many other great local restaurants and shops. This complex has a heated pool, tennis court, bocce, shuffle board, horseshoes and BBQ area.

This fully furnished two bedroom, two bathroom condo has been updated and is meticulously maintained. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable TV, comfortable seating area with a pull out sofa and a fully stocked kitchen with an in-unit washer/dryer make this the perfect getaway spot. This end unit offers privacy from passerby's with convenient beach access.

An hour or less to Orlando International Airport, Disney theme parks and other local attractions, many golf courses, world-class shopping and major sporting events. Very short drive to Port Canaveral and the cruise terminals as well as the Kennedy Space Centre. There is no shortage of things to do in the Cocoa Beach and Orlando area. Convenient access to the new Brightline high-speed rail service to Miami from Orlando!

Upon booking, you will be sent a rental agreement to sign and return. It's a standard agreement that outlines the basic rules and regulations of the rental term and property.

This is a first floor unit directly facing the ocean. You do not need to pass through the locked community gate to access the beach. However, the benefit of a ground floor unit with the best beach access also means that you may have an obstructed view of the ocean depending on the time of year since the ground cover between the unit and the beach may impact your sightline.

This is a prime unit at the Diplomat and available for one week minimum rentals.
