FREE POOL HEATING Jan-Feb: Steps to Sand, King Beds

Welcome to our newly remodeled beach home with brand new pool and spa just a few houses up from the beach.

It's in a quiet section of the island, but within minutes of the hustle and bustle when you are ready to be in it.

This kitchen remodel is one from my dreams! In the kitchen you will find:
- Double Oven
- Glass stove top
- Dish washer
- 2 Refrigerators with ice makers
- Hidden microwave
- Seating for 12 around the dining table and 4 more seats at the peninsula
- Tableware & glassware
- Drip coffee pot, electric coffee grinder and Keurig with a starter set of coffee supplies
- Small Appliances: Crockpot, toaster, electric griddle, Ninja blender, waffle maker, hand mixer

6 Bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1- King Bed

- Bedroom 5- King bed with private bathroom
- Bonus room with low angled ceiling- 3 twin beds with private half bathroom

Livingroom Space:
Enjoy a huge main floor living room space with

-Beach:
The beach is just 3 houses down and across the street. Enjoy access to use:
- Beach wagon
- Boogie boards
- Outdoor towels
- Beach chairs
- Beach umbrellas
- Small Cooler
- Sand toys
*Use at their own discretion. We can't control the weather or the beach/surf. So use the water items with care. There is no lifeguard on duty at the beach closest to the house. Also note, there are stairs to get to the beach. So ensure if you use the wagon, someone can pick it up and carry it up the stairs.

Pool:
- Spa always available to heat at the push of a button to 101°
- Pool hours end at 10pm to be a good neighbor.
- Full pool heating available by request to 85° for $25 a day with a minimum of 3 days. (Just to be aware, If the temperature drops below 55° the heater will not be able to keep up.) But the spa will still be heating no problem.
Security:
The home has keyless entry that has a unique code given to ONLY you the morning of check in. You can use this code to get in and out of the home your entire stay. We also have a back up just in case.

There is a Ecobee doorbell on the home for security and a camera with microphone in the front yard facing the driveway and street for security. There are absolutely NO camera's inside the home. Quiet hours in Cocoa Beach are 10pm-8am. Absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed in the home or within 15 feet of the property.

About the House:
This house was a labor of love to remodel as our families second home away from home. When we first laid eyes on it, we loved it, but knew we needed to first redesign the 70 year old house to meet modern day style and life. This house has been gutted to the frame. We have removed walls, redone the plumbing and electrical and replaced everything inside. The interior was carefully designed to reflect a modern coastal vibe. Even the doors have been custom constructed and painted to match the coastal green ocean colors you'll see in the Cocoa Beach ocean.
