Cocoa Beach Condo - SeaBreeze

With a short 1 block walk to the beach, this is beach life at it`s finest! Very quiet family-friendly studio located in a fantastic spot in Cocoa Beach! The studio is on the residential side of town. It is located on the first floor of a ground-floor complex.

Walk to the beach or head 1 block to the west to kayak in the river! There is also an awesome kid`s playground less than a block away!

Such an amazing place to enjoy all that Cocoa beach has to offer!

This is a small 350 sq ft 1 bedroom 1 bath studio with 1 Queen bed, and 1 Full sized futon couch.

You will get the whole 1 bed 1 bath studio to yourself! You also have access to a public laundry room if you need to do any last minute laundry. The condominium charges $2 per load.

I am always available if there are any questions, or concerns! You can contact me through Airbnb`s messenger, my cell phone, or by pressing the ring door bell!
Check-in is simple! On the morning of check-in, I will send a code for the lockbox. The lockbox contains the key that you will be using during your stay! All you have to do is let yourself in! The time of check-in is at 3 pm unless we have discussed and agreed upon a different time.

No smoking!

Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet (no wipes, sanitary products, etc)

No parties or events

No pets/animals allowed. We love our furry friends but the building/HOA does not allow them.

No excessive noise or music - quiet hours 10 PM - 8 AM

Please do not hang anything over the fence at any time. Our HOA is strict and does not allow this. If you have to hang something out to dry please use the table and chairs out front or the bathroom shower.

Let’s keep things clean! I would very much appreciate you leaving the condo as close to the way it was upon your checking in. I would ask that you please do all of your dishes, and take out your trash before leaving. Place your towels and sheets that need laundering in the hamper provided. You are not required to launder your used towels and linens.

Check-out is very similar to check-in! All you have to do is lock the door behind you, and put the key back into the lockbox. Check-out time is at 10 am unless we have discussed and agreed upon a different time.
