You can come home to this 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment in Cocoa Beach whenever you are ready to enjoy the sun and surf! This property is just one block from the waves, and it has everything you need after a day at the beach. Not a beach goer? Check out the Cocoa Beach pier less than a mile down the road, or head over to Kennedy Space Center to have an out of this galaxy experience! No matter what youā€™re into this unit is the one for you!

The Space:
This apartment and complex are owned by Cocoa Beach locals, and have been passed down within the family for three generations.
Needless to say, the decor and furnishings have changed a lot over the years! Now, youā€™ll find a boho chic and colorful but simple design to welcome you back from a day at the beach. Kick off your flip-flops and shower away the salt and sunscreen (the bathroom has a tub/shower combo). Then stretch out on the sofa for a nap and/or a movie on the flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities.
For dinner, saute some fresh fish in your fully equipped kitchen, with an electric stove, fridge, and microwave. Or check out one of the great restaurants in Cocoa Beachā€”there are many delicious options within a mile.
Other perks include free reserved parking, A/C, fast WiFi, and laundry in the building.

The Neighborhood:
Cocoa Beach is a friendly beach town on the Florida Coast with the perfect balance of locals and visitors. It feels like home, but also like a place where time slows down and ā€œthe real worldā€ fades away. Cocoa Beach is great for taking day trips, too! Disney World, Universal Studios and Island of Adventure are all within an hourā€™s drive. Kennedy Space Center is a half-hour drive away. Wildlife lovers and birdwatchers: be sure to check out nearby Banana River, a 31-mile lagoon with salt marshes, oyster beds and mangrove swamps that are home to dolphins, manatees, blue herons and more.

Getting Around:
Plenty of space for on site parking at unit. Many place are within walking distance locally such as the beach, shops, restaurant/bars, etc.) You are very close to the A1A and SR520 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away)

Uber and Lyft are prevalent and efficient in the area.

Check in and location great but apartment needs upgrades. AC units were difficult to operate. When looking for outlet behind bed saw accumulated dust on floor and baseboards. Sitting chair in living room stained and worn. Needs to be replaced. The bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Thank you for the use of the apartment (not bungalow); very 70's. The above neighbors were partying all night Sunday evening and dropping heavy things on the floor. I tried to call but could not reach anyone. I have misplaced a gold necklace with a cross and mini kitten. Please call me if you find it.

we liked the location a lot The beach toys need to be replaced; one of the chairs was broken as was a boogie board. there were only a couple drinking glasses and were mismatched. also the pots and pans were old and dirty.

Unit was very clean,but the sliding glass doors did not lock,the toilet seat was very loose,the blinds on the sliding glass door didnt work,neede a little maintance.

Our stray at this beautiful, quiet, relaxing little home away from home was amazing. The apartment was very comfortable, and we felt like we were at home for the short 5 days we were there. The Host was amazing always answering my texts if there was a problem. The screened in patio was a great place to sit and read (nice breeze) or eat a meal, which we did. It is only a short walk to the beach and the Host provided everything you would need of a relaxing beach day. There is a small shopping center a short walk away with 2 restaurants, nail place (which I enjoyed) and a candy shop. It is on a quiet road for a relaxing walk. And if you are lucky, you can see a rocket launch. We will return if only for the peace and quiet, and some Key Lime Pie!! You will LOVE this place!!

We loved our time in the condo, and its close proximity to the beach and shops. It was clean and as described in the listing. The second (folding) bed is a bid small for two teens, but we made it work. We would definitely visit again!

The condo is a spacious 1 bedroom. It is a dated condo and the sliding doors were difficult to get open. There weren't any ice cube trays but the manager was quick to bring over! The AC in the kitchen had mold on it and it smelled musty. We bought lysol to get rid of the smell. Overall, it was a nice place for the money, but I would suggest some maintenance on the above items.

Property needs updating. blinds are not good, Furniture not comfortable, Eating are table is small and not useful for eating. Location was good. Upstairs permanent tenant was up all night every night, noise made it hard to sleep. Could be better with some modifications and and a normal person upstairs.

The property was exactly as advertised, cute as a button. It was an easy walk to restaurants, the beach and Cocoa Beach pier. We were visiting to see Cape Canaveral and the Wizard of Oz Museum and both were easy short drives from the property.

Here's why you will enjoy Retro Boho By the Beach: Beach access (of course), parking at the door, quiet area, nobody bothered us, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, ease of access with code, feeling of security. The TV was nearly new, and worked very well with our Roku. The host provided coffee and cream. The fixtures in the bathroom were nearly new. The AC worked well. In short, "We would stay again."
