Should you need anything while you are at Atlantic View Apartments "AVA Cocoa Beach", it is best to message us. A text message will be sent to us from the App, so we can respond as quickly as possible. Usually, we will have someone onsite during the mornings.

A quiet residential area within walking distance of the Cocoa Beach Pier, great restaurants, activities, and of course only steps to the beach.

An electronic keypad with a unique 4 digit code is given, so you can start your vacation immediately! Also, no keys to take to the beach. There is one free assigned parking space per unit.

This one bedroom apartment at AVA Cocoa Beach features a queen bedroom, bathroom with a shower, and a futon sofa. This apartment has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Quartz countertops, original, local art work, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful tile flooring.

There is patio out front and a beautiful deck out back with dining tables and a chat area under a pergola surrounded by lush landscaping and enchanting lighting at night. We have multiple grills, complimentary assigned parking, complimentary laundry room, a bike rack and outdoor showers.

We provide only high quality linens, and equip the apartment with flat screen TV's, small appliances such as blenders/coffee maker/toaster, etc., and the most comfortable Stearns & Foster Luxury mattress. We also provide cable TV and high speed internet.

We have tried to think of everything you would want at a vacation rental, so you can truly relax. You only need to bring minimal items to enjoy your beach vacation, because we ALSO provide: beach towels, a beach bag, AND we even have a building dedicated to supplying complimentary beach wagons, chairs, coolers, and umbrellas!!! :)

We are also within walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier, great restaurants, shopping, and mini golf/tree climbing/zip lining!

A car is the best way to get around Cocoa Beach, but if you don't have one there is plenty to do within walking, biking, or trolley ride distance. Uber is easily accessible or there is a car rental/bike rental place nearby and bike paths throughout Cocoa Beach. There is also a Cocoa Beach trolley service that runs Monday through Saturday from 7:00am to 9:00pm and on Sunday from 8:00am to 5:00pm from Port Canaveral to 13th Street in Cocoa Beach (passing right by McKinley 1 block west).
