Living space

The interior is bright and open, with natural light pouring in through large windows that frame the river beyond. The living area flows easily between indoor and outdoor spaces, so the view is never far away - whether you're settled in on the couch, working at the dedicated workspace, or simply passing through. Ceiling fans keep the air moving, and the home is fully air-conditioned throughout.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is set up for real cooking - equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and wine glasses, plus all the cooking basics you need to put a proper meal together. A dining table gives the group a place to gather, and with a full complement of dishes and silverware, feeding eight is straightforward.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms sleep up to eight guests across five beds. The primary suite includes its own bathroom, while the remaining bedrooms offer plenty of space for guests of all ages. With 2.5 bathrooms total - including a bathtub - mornings are easy even for larger groups.

 

Laundry & storage

A washer and dryer are in-unit, along with an iron, hangers, and clothing storage. Extra pillows, blankets, and bed linens are provided, so you can pack light.

 

Outdoor & waterfront

The backyard is the real draw. A private pool overlooks the river, giving you a front-row seat to the water whether you're swimming or just lounging on the patio. The dock extends out for fishing, kayaking, or simply watching the river go by - dolphins and manatees are known to pass through. Beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are all on hand for days spent closer to the shore. Sunsets from the dock are something else entirely.

 

Practical details

Free parking is available on the premises. The home offers self check-in via smart lock, a pack 'n play for traveling families, a hot tub, and both smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Long-term stays are welcome.

Situated in a laid-back stretch of Cocoa Beach, the home puts you minutes from the sandy shoreline, Ron Jon Surf Shop, the Cocoa Beach Pier, and a solid range of local restaurants and cafes. Guests can walk or bike to the beach and local shops, while parking is simple for those bringing a car. Whether you’re exploring Cocoa Beach or heading to the Port, everything is close and convenient.
