"This was a very nice property to stay at in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was very tidy and comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied for doing small scale cooking. There's no stove, but there is a hot plate as well as a fairly large toaster oven. The one thing I didn't love was that, being a basement apartment, there is only one window, and therefore very little natural light. There are good overhead lights though. Overall very happy though. Great place. "

"Pros: Modern, clean and well furnished basement in a residential area in Moncton. It is exactly like the photos. We wished to have washer & Dryer or a cuisine but here aren't.There is a baking tray though. There is a parking in front of the house beside the owner's car and there are security cameras. Cons: This is a basement in the Owner's house. The sound insulation was not good at all. We can hear every movement and every conversation on top of us like we were in the same room. I should say...
