Privacy & Layout: This is a basement apartment located in a family home. The units are completely private and locked off from one another.
Temperature Tips: The unit has central heating and A/C, but being a basement, it can run a bit cooler in winter. There are space heaters in each bedroom and a cozy fireplace in the living room. Let us know if you'd like to adjust the temperature—we’re happy to help.
Parking: You’ll have space for up to three vehicles. Please park on the left side of the driveway and avoid driving up to the shed, as it narrows.
Guest Verification: To protect our home and stay aligned with short-term rental regulations, we use an independent verification process for all guests. Please note: If you are booking outside of Airbnb, before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your reservation. If you are not booking with Airbnb you will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.
