The room, the pool, etc. were incredibly comfortable and relaxing, but what really made it great was the staff. Mike, the owner, and his crew were phenomenal. "We have visited Costa Rica 4 times. This area by far was our least favorite. Two weeks before our trip we received notification that our host had been changed. Efforts to get information about our check- in process yielded nothing. I finally had to contact VRBO to find out what was going on. The day before our flight we got that information stated check-in was at 3:00 and the address.
