Important Note: As responsible hosts, it is our duty to mention that there will be construction work taking place on the property from July 2024 to December 2025.

The work will be conducted between 7am and 5pm from Monday to Saturday. While we will make every effort to minimize any inconvenience, you may experience some noise or disturbances during these hours, depending on the construction phase. In light of this, we are including a 60% discount on your stay as a gesture of our appreciation for your understanding and patience.

Private Beach Access is not affected: Keep enjoying your exclusive access to a pristine stretch of beach via a private pathway. Whether you wish to take a leisurely stroll, swim, or watch the sunset, your direct route to the beach ensures a peaceful experince.
As the construction site is towards the beach, the ocean view from your vacation home will be affected. However, we have taken comprehensive measures to ensure that your privacy remains uncompromised during your stay.
