This spacious 150m² apartment is one of the three independent units of Casa Viva. It features balconies in every room and a large balcony of more than 25m² in the living room, ideal for enjoying the warm Costa Rican climate. The fully equipped kitchen and living room open to panoramic views of the jungle and ocean, accompanied by a pleasant breeze.

ACCESS AND LOCATION
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including balconies with panoramic views. The property is located on the hill in front of the well-known Playa Paraiso in Santa Teresa. To access, it is necessary to climb a steep 350-meter dirt road. An ATV or 4x4 vehicle is recommended for easier access and better mobility in the Santa Teresa area and surroundings. Guests will have a space to park their vehicle.

Casa Viva is close to the beach and Hacienda supermarket, just a 10-minute walk, and 5 minutes by vehicle. Additionally, the best restaurants in town, such as Nami, Facon, Osa, and the famous Soda Tiquicia (Costa Rican typical food restaurant), are only 5 minutes away.
