Villa Harmonia Santa Teresa, a one of a kind, spacious artistic space at the ground floor of a bigger villa for up to 4 people (1 king bed and a bunkbed (double down and single up) + sofa bed), next to the untouched & protected nature reserve in Santa Teresa. Drive through the gates and enter an exclusive residence called 'Paradise Hills'. The villa has one of the best locations, being on the hills just above Playa Santa Teresa. Relax in peace at your pool or go to Santa Teresa for surf/beach/supermarkets/restaurants after just a short drive. Housekeeping services are provided to make your stay even more comfortable!

You have access to the ground floor of the villa with shared pool.
-Roofed, open amplious living area with kitchen and a great lounge area.
-Private Master Bedroom with A/C (King + sofa).
-Second bedroom with A/C (bunkbed with double down and single bed up).
-Full Bathroom shared for 2 bedrooms
-shared Pool Area - shared Roofed Parking + private and another shared Garden

In the mid and upper floor the owners live. You only have access to the ground floor.

The whole building is provided with:
-HIGH-speed internet (fastest in town).
-A/C in bedrooms & Fans
-Beddings/towels for bathroom, kitchen & pool
-Cookware
-Shampoo/soap in bathrooms & kitchens.
- (non-) daily Housekeeping services. Not on Sundays / Holidays

You will have access to the whole property around the villa, including garden & nature around, pool area, roofed parking area.

The villa is private, but we are most available during your stay and are happy to help you with all info and recommendations you need. As residents we know our way arround in town and far out so we can easily help you organizing all kind of activities, transport, rentals (ATV, motorbikes, car, etc.), surflessons/boards, etc.. We will keep contact with you depending on your personal needs. Our housekeepers are also available for urgent matters and will help you with all pleasure.

The villa is located in an unique setting. The huge garden borders on a protected nature reserve where you can see many animals. Visitors like different kind of monkeys and other amazing animals are part of the experience. Being on a short drive to the Santa Teresa mainroad, it's easy to enjoy the special vibe of Santa Teresa. Santa Teresa is known for the relaxed, safe and openminded atmosphere with a mix of different cultures from all over the world. Many attractions are closeby. Surf & yoga are very popular and also daytrips to the Montezuma waterfalls, Cabo Blanco Nature Reserve, Tortuga Snorkel Island, etc. are very recommended places to visit. Happy to provide more info about these and other activities arround.

Transport:
-As the Villa is located in the hills above Santa Teresa, you will need 4x4 transport.
-Renting an ATV is a very comfortable option.
-There are many taxi services that can bring you easily to the villa. Please ask us for more info & quotes.

Some houserules:
- Villa Harmonia is connected with an amazing conserved nature reserve. Please respect nature and wildlife
- Villa Harmonia is part of the private & exclusive residential "Paradise hills". Please respect the neighbourhood.
- Laundry can only be done by the housekeepers for extra charge (25$ per load).
- No pets allowed as there are already dogs and cat on the property.
- We are not responsible for any accidents, deft or any damage during your stay.
- Don't smoke inside the building.

Important thing to note is that you are renting a unit in Santa Teresa.
Santa Teresa is a beach and jungle location. This means you need to be aware that in this whole area power and internet outages might be rare but possible.
Also there are monkeys, birds, insects, bugs and mosquitos. This is not New York City!
