Welcome to our beautiful family-friendly home, located anywhere from 20-40 minutes from some opf the most scenic parks Indiana has to offer. (DePauw Nature Park, Turkey Run, State Shades Park. We're nestled in a safe and quiet
neighborhood. After exploring the area, come home and relax all under one roof in our spacious 4 BR home which also has a loft and a basement.

We love hosting families with kids or groups of friends coming to enjoy the peace and quiet while all being under one roof with the people you love the most.

The Space:
Upon arriving at our property, you will find plenty of parking in the front driveway. The driveway can easily accommodate 6-8 cars and is also equipped with a 72" Goalrilla basketball goal. As you walk up the steps, the home can be entered from the entry door located on the left side of the property.

Entering the property through the front door you will be welcomed into a cozy and uplifting space with thoughtful décor, wood beams, and soaring ceilings.


LIVING ROOM:
As you come into the home and on your right hand side, you will walk into our open floor plan living area. The living room provides a ton of seating to entertain. You'll find a sectional, chair, hammock charis, and a conversation set. Several large windows keeps the room well lit. A large smart TV sits on top of our entertainment center. Bring your own login and enjoy almost any streaming app!

KITCHEN:
The living room space opens to the kitchen and dining area. The kitching dining combo gives you more seating to socialize as a family or group while dinner is prepared. The fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with all the necessary cooking tools, coffee, paper goods, and dinnerware. Our guests love the option to enjoy preparing a home cooked meal in the kitchen while gathering around the dining table to partake in great conversation. The area also offers a coffee bar to get your day started.

MASTER BEDROOM:
Upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom, with a king-size bed that's adjacent to a full bathroom. Here you'll find a memory foam, King size bed. A smart TV is provided here as well (bring your own login). The adjacent bathroom comes equipped with towels and
washcloths.

Bedroom 2, also located upstairs, has bunk beds with two full-size, memory foam mattresses and a twin-size trundle. This is a great area for kids and have access to a full bathroom across the hall.

Bedroom 3 located on the main level contains a memory-foan, king-size bed each with nightstands and reading lights. Right around the corner you'll find another full-bath.

Bedroom 4 located on the main level has one queen-size, memory-foam mattress with a night stand and reading light.

The 2nd bathroom sits between the bedroom3 and 4 and provides a shower tub combo and well
sized vanity.

The loft has a King-size mattress pad great for diving into your favorite book and an open area flexible for playing games or great conversation. Here you'll also find a vintage popcorn maker which makes for great memories.

The basement is its own suite, featuring a queen-size bed, day bed with trundle, bar area, full bathroom, and a smart TV.

A washer and dryer are also available on the second level for your use.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
The front deck, accessible from the living area, gives views of front of the property. We provide a Blackstone flat-top grill so you can enjoy some outdoor cooking if you desire! Please be sure to clean this as soon as you're done cooking breakfast, hibachi, or burgers!

✔ Cleanliness is a top priority for us and we pride ourselves on welcoming you into a
sparkling clean home!
✔ Our home has a washer and dryer along with ironing board and iron for your use.
Dryer sheets and detergent are available.
✔ We provide premium linens for each guest.
✔ We provide basic paper goods and consumables - paper towels, tissues, toilet paper,
dishwasher tablets, dish soap, sponges.
✔ Coffee, creamer, and sugar are included.

Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood so please respect quiet hours from 10pm - 8am. Neighbors are very strict about trespassing. Please stay on our property and do not cross property lines. There are yard posts to show where the property line ends. We do own the private open lot next to us so if you would like to spend time outside, please utilize the space right next to our open lot.

Home is located at Heritage Lake which is a private lake community. You have access to all the amazing restaurants - Sahm's Haven, Burrito Loco, and Anthony's Pizzeria, but the lake and amenities are strictly for the community members and off limits.
