Unit is managed by High Altitude Property Management and will be available during your entire stay. Winter Access Requirements: Please be aware that accessing our property during winter months requires specific preparations due to snowy and icy conditions. To ensure a safe and comfortable journey, please note the following requirements: Four-Wheel Drive Vehicle: A four-wheel drive (4WD) vehicle is necessary to navigate the mountainous terrain and potential snow-covered roads leading to our property. 4WD improves safety and maneuverability in winter weather conditions. Snow Tires: Equipping your vehicle with proper snow tires is essential for enhanced traction on snowy and icy surfaces, reducing the risk of skidding or getting stuck. Snow Chains: We recommend carrying snow chains for your vehicle. Extreme weather situations may require their use, ensuring maximum safety and traction. Please note that failure to meet these requirements may result in difficult access or the risk of getting stuck. In the event of a vehicle becoming stuck and requiring a tow truck for assistance, please be aware that the cost of towing services to get unstuck may amount to up to $350. Really enjoyed our stay! The cabin is lovely and the hot tub was wonderful. Host was very responsive. Very clean and well appointed. Would recommend this property.

Owner was responsive and great to work with Cabin as described Hot tub was great Plenty of space with big kitchen Not a remote as I had hoped, other cabins nearby but it was a great stay. Would definitely rent again

Amazing views

We had a great time staying at the Tollgate Tower. It has amazing views, was clean and great interior design. If I had to say anything negative it would be that there is no subfloor so you hear EVERYTHING on the floor above you so that would be a problem with sleeping babies but wasn’t an issue for us.

As addressed with the host:1. Stained White Bath Towels2. Multiple burned out light bulbs3. Hottub Cleanliness - Built up stain rings, head rests not staying attached due to broken clips and the cover/steel bar that supports cover was on the ground and not functional. Cover is hard to remove and reinstall without it working properly4. No firewood and not noted on the listing.5. Kitchen faucet cold water not working properly and very low pressure.6. No Cleaning supplies7. Ice maker was not working, and water filter alarm says to replace filter.8. No hangers for clothes9. No dressers for clothes10. No shelf in basement bedroom. Clothes have to be put on the floor. Not acceptable.11. Lotion was not provided12. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles were 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 full. they should all be full.13. NO extra towels. Only 1 towel and washcloth per person14. No extra blankets for the main floor bedrooms15. Basement couch has visible stains.16. Oven and Stove were not cleaned prior to arrival17. Fireplace was not cleaned18. Fireplace ceramic fireplace fire shield broken and deteriorated.19. Missing weather stripping under front door. Visible daylight and very drafty.20. Outlets on main floor have black duct tape over them21. Dimmer switches not working properly and some switches are broken22. Basement sliding glass door not locking properly23. HOLES in flooring, no subfloor. Big privacy concern.24. NO handrails going down the stairs. Is this code?
Multiple light switches and dimmers broken and not functioning correctly. Multiple light bulbs broken/missing or burned out in the bathrooms/kitchen/outside. The window lock in the basement was broken also. Would not lock.
Dead bugs under and behind the beds. Only spare blankets for the 2 beds in the basement.
No dressers, hangers or shelfs in the basement bedroom! There were 2 hangers though for our family in the closet upstairs. Clothes have to be put on the floor.
The cloth couch in the basement was stained. The couch needs replaced. Hottub has hard water stains, and the host said that the brown film was from sunscreen. Broken cover lift, hard to adjust cover. Homeowners knew this per the host.
