"Pools were great, kid friendly. Rooms can get an update, carpet looked dusty, smelled a bit like cigarettes. Overall had a great shine. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

" We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton. The staff were amazing—so friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The hotel was spotless and very spacious, which made our stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. We truly wished we could have stayed longer. The pool, hot tub and sunshine was so inviting and off course the pickleball across from the hotel was an added bonus. A big shout out to the Reception staff. The girl who checked us in was so friendly. We will definitely be back. "

"Curtains in the room were dirty had food on them. Overall the rooms just seemed run down. The sliding door barely opened and the chairs were falling apart. The property itself is nice as frequent Westin/marriot guests this room needed some work. Everything was clean, but run down."

"Door to enter building at the back is meant to be locked and only accessible with a room key, however we discovered it’s unlocked 24/7 and the door can just be pushed open without any key. Felt very unsafe once discovering this. Forgot sandals in room, know for a fact I forgot them in the room, but they claim they were not found. This means they’re stolen by housekeeping. Shower had what appeared to be black mold in the corner. Certainly wasn’t clean. Random glass cups left outside our room door from time of check in and remained there until after we checked out."

"Here are the cons: not near downtown palm springs, rooms and hotel are old and breaking down. Pros: the pool is open 24hrs, a lot of options for swimming, parking is free."

"This is the perfect spot to enjoy rest and relaxation if that is what you are looking for, or to have some fun by the pool and take part in a variety of activities throughout the day. It is a beautiful oasis! The rooms are amazing! The rooms really offer all the convenience of home, with a cozy feel. I highly recommend The Westin Desert Willow Villas in Palm Desert!"
