"It was very hard to get a hold of a real person at this property for starters. Most of the rooms did not have closets, they just had a hanging rack in the room right by the front door. Pool side food service took a really long time to get your food (over an hour after ordered) and one dish came 3 hours after order was placed. Kitchen can’t keep up with the amount of people at the resort. Not enough restaurants at the resort to keep up with the number of guests at the resort and restaurants they...

"From the moment I arrived until I left, every single encounter with staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The restaurants on site had great service and excellent food. The room was beautiful, clean and well maintained. I went to a concert and the venue was great. The seats are comfortable and all the seats are good!"
