This modern and spacious house is perfect for group vacation or family reunion. It’s elegantly decorated in Boho style. It has everything you’d need to have a great time. There are plenty of attractions in the area such as Stagecoach, Coachella Music and Art Festivals and Empire Polo Club (all within 2 miles), Joshua Tree NP (30mins drive) to keep you busy. After a fun day outdoor, you can relax in the spa/pool under the stars, play soccer table or simply enjoy each other companies on the patio.
This spacious 2 story house includes a main house with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and a detach casita with a master bedroom. The master bedroom in the casita, which is perfect for a couple who want a more privacy, has its own bathroom, a microwave, a small fridge, and a Smart TV. All the furniture and bed linings in the house are brand new. Our house is 2,600 square feet and is sitting on an 8,000 square feet lot so there are plenty of spaces for your group to stretch out, relax and have a wonderful time.
The family room upstairs comes with a fun soccer table and 65-inch smart TV so you can watch and play at the same time.
The living room and 4 (of the 5) bedrooms have smart TVs which come with Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, and FREE Netflix! We also offer fast and reliable Wi-Fi so you can stay connected.
For your convenient, the bathrooms come with essentials, including a hairdryer, towels, soap, and shampoo.
Fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for a great dinner.
The kitchen includes Refrigerator, Stovetop, Double oven, Toaster, Microwave, Keurig Coffee Maker,
Dishwasher, Pots and pans, Cooking utensils, Sharp set of knives, Oils and basic spices
We have a washer and a dryer on the property so you can do laundry if needed.

SWIMMING POOL
The property comes with a heated swimming pool, spa, and BBQ to maximize your outdoor fun all year round. Please let us know 48 hours ahead of your stay if you would like to have the pool heated (for $130 day, 3 days minimum required), and we can have it ready for your arrival. Please note that the pool will be set to 80F when requested. The heated spa is $40 day (also 3 days minimum required), and it takes 45 minutes to heat up the water.

Important Dates:
+ The pool maintenance guy and gardener will come on every Wednesday and Friday to make sure everything is nice and clean as much as possible. They will access from the side door. Upon your check-in, if you see leaves on the pool, please understand that we can't control the wind.
+ Trask pick-up is on Friday.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
+The security deposit will not be charged but just hold and it will be released 14 days after your checkout if there is no damage claim during your stay.
EXTRA GUEST
+The house can accommodate up to 17 people but there will be an extra charge of $35 person/ per night for the 13th and up. Please lets us know when you book so we can adjust the number of guests properly with the booking and prepare a blanket, lining, and pillow accordingly

If you violate the house rules, we reserve the right to ask you to LEAVE WITHOUT A REFUND.
Our DON'T DO list:
1. Check-in is after 4 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. We are happy to let you check out late or check-in early without any charge if we can accommodate, but you need to get preapproval when you book so we can plan accordingly. LATE CHECK-OUTS WITHOUT PRE-APPROVAL WILL CAUSE a bill of $100 because our cleaning team has a tight schedule.
2. NO SMOKING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE, NO PETS.
3. NO PARTYING, NO DRUGS, WEEDS, MARIJUANA, or ELSE WE ASK YOU TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT A REFUND.
**Family Birthday parties are acceptable if the noise level is kept normal and extra party decorations are cleaned up otherwise there will be an extra $300 fee for extra clean up.**
4. No outside activities, no loud noises, or gatherings after 10 pm.
**If the police are called to the home, the guest will be charged $500 per police visit regardless of citation/ticket given.**
5. Confirmed guests only. (please count kids as 1 guest too) NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS. VISITORS will not be allowed to stay overnight and need to get preapproved or else guests will be charged $250
6.***Pool & Spa Disclaimer of Liability***
Swimming Pool and Spa is used strictly at your own risk. Children are not allowed to use the pool and spa unless accompanied by an adult. The owner of this house does not accept any liability of injury or death of any person or the loss or destruction of or any damage to any property arising from the use of the swimming pool and spa regardless of the cause thereof. By booking our house you are to these terms.
7. Please don't wear your shoes upstairs.
8. AC should not be turned below 72 degrees.
9. Please absolutely don't touch any of the swimming pool and spa control panels to avoid a charge to your deposit.
10. Please don't move furniture around.
11. For security reasons, we are not allowing guests to have any mail or package shipped to our house.
12. THERE IS NO CANCELATION FOR COACHELLA/ STAGECOACH BOOKING. NO EXCEPTION so please plan carefully before you book.
OUR TO-DO LIST
1. Please take out all of the trash to the trash bin outside before you checkout. Housekeeping will charge an additional $50 if you leave trash behind.
2. Please clean the BBQ grill and all of the used dishes, rinse them, load them in the dishwasher, and put them back in their place. Housekeeping will charge an additional $50 if they have to wash the dishes.
3. Please switch off lights and the A/C or heater when it’s not in use or when leaving the house.
4. Please don't turn A/C below 72 degrees.
5. Please check your belonging carefully before you check out. We are not responsible for the stuff you left behind
