"The toilet in our room didn’t flush properly so we resorted to pouring bins of water down it. When we read reviews said that another couple had stayed in room 233 and had the same problem. Obviously not been fixed. Decore tired and very dark no outlook."

"A lovely hotel in a lovely part of Wales….stunning views and a walk along the Wye from the adjoining field. Breakfasts are fine.
