"This was such a great find! Easy check in, and the owner Debra was easy to contact. This cottage had everything that you could possibly need very well equipped, microwave, toaster, slow cooker! Plus the welcome tray was amazing lots of cakes & biscuits plus tea & coffee.The cottage was spotless throughout!All cleaning items too! It was very quiet & private and you felt totally relaxed . Really enjoyed our stay and can well recommend to anyone. Will be coming back! Thankyou Debra"

This is a beautifully restored and updated stone cottage in a truly stunning setting, on a lovely farm with views of the sea and the hills. "We enjoyed staying at this cottage and it made a great base for exploring the southern coast of Cardigan Bay, which has some fabulous stretches of the coastal path. However, the cottage was really cold when when arrived mainly because the owner insists on turning the radiators to frost setting and then locking them. The heating instructions left in the cottage folder are really out of date and relate to a heating system that is no longer there (night storage heaters that the instructions say...

"Host was exceptional, have never been to a property where everything has been so carefully thought out and planned for. Beautiful property 10m away from the cove where we were able to play with all our toys …. Fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking and spear fishing. Views are breathtaking and the caves and cliffs are an added bonus."

"We had a wonderful time. Cwmllan feels back in time in the best way. Some reviewers seemed critical of the water pressure from the spring-fed water system but this didn't bother us much at all. It's a place to go slower, not to be rushing around! Lovely neighbours and beautiful surroundings. Wonderful choice of walks and a good old-school DVD collection for cosy rainy nights in.
