"I set up a trip for my husband’s 30th birthday with a group of friends to go to cedar point! There were 12 of us and it still felt spacious. There was good communication with owners. Even though we went on a weekend that the winds basically shut down all the rides at cedar point, we had a blast staying at this house! "We stayed here for a couple of nights. Location was perfect - just a block from the water and five miles from Cedar Point. Also close to Rt 2 for easy driving to Marblehead, etc. Inside, stay was comfortable and we had plenty of room. The owners have done a nice job with a remodel of an older home. On the down side, I wasn't 100% crazy about the exterior or the neighborhood - both were just a tiny bit on the worn/shabby side - but we felt safe."

"Perfect place to stay! Close to Cedar Point, Rye Beach (private/included with house rental), Lighthouse, and many other great beaches and parks. Property was properly maintained. Comes with everything you need to be comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Only bad thing I could say is SPIDERS! Not fault of property owners.
