"Disappointed that a hotel that charges rates equivalent to other high end properties in the city would not have elevators when it is a multi-floor property and rooms that are clean and reasonably sized but otherwise basic."

"Do NOT book here. Do not let the photos on Expedia fool you. It is an old typical Charlottetown home converted to rooms. We checked in, (which is awful as you have to call a number and wait for them to call you back??), we looked around the room and IMMEDIATELY left WITH NO REFUND ISSUED.
