"The house is newly redone and has all the modern conveniences. It's walking distance to downtown and MSU. The kitchen had all the gadgets we needed. Highly recommend if you will be in town. "

"I traveled to Bozeman with a group of friends after a wedding, and this was a great place to be. The location was walkable to a lot of great places, and the house was spacious enough for a large group. Communication with Jason was quick and easy, and he did everything he could to ensure we could check in and out at our convenience. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Modern Lux Cottage and wouldn’t have changed a thing! Pele was an excellent host and easy to get a hold of with any questions. The home was modern, fresh and really spacious and had everything we needed. It felt very luxurious! We enjoyed lounging in the back yard area with our coffee in the morning. The house was close to trails and a grocery store. We hope to visit this cottage again next time we are in town. "

"We were celebrating our daughters MSU Nursing graduation and these accommodations were fabulous! 6 adults with pets fit excellently. The beds were quite comfortable, kitchen well stocked, tastefully appointed, very clean, and garage parking a plus. We enjoyed the living room with fireplace as the weather was unreasonably cool! We would definitely book again.The only thing I would suggest is applying a little WD 40 to the front door hinges....pretty loud.Absolutely a fantastic rental! "

"House was perfect for our needs. Good communication a lot of little extras like TVs in the bedroom and lots of supplies in the kitchen. Lots of spaces for gathering, playing cards, eating, etc. It worked perfectly for us. If available, we would book again. "

"We stayed at Casa Opa for a weekend getaway with 2 other couples. The house was exactly as described! The master suite is the size of the whole second level of the house!!! Comfortable beds and perfect that each room has its own bathroom ! Very clean and well appointed. The kitchen has all the tools to make it easy to prepare a great breakfast every morning! Quiet neighborhood and easy street parking right in front. The best part is it’s a quick walk to downtown ! Will definitely book again...

"Very lovely property with spectacular views of the mountains. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, silverware, serving bowls, platters, pots, and pans needed to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable and we had enough room for our extended family of 12. There is a beautiful backyard giving us lots of space to hang out. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"Beautiful, charming farmhouse with comfy furnishings and everything my friends and I needed for a much-needed gals getaway weekend."

"Everything was wonderful and the fishermans cabin was awesome. We walked to the river. Watched the prairie dogs and had some extremely friendly cat visits. Perfect!"

"I cannot begin to describe the epic time we had at this cabin. It had everything we needed but most of all the location and views were breathtaking! Nicole responded to all questions I had prior to our arrival and worked very hard to accommodate an early checkin. We only had 1 night and wanted to enjoy as much time in this special place!
