"This property is truly amazing and unique. We rented this for my son’s graduation party. We had plenty of room for our three sons, my parents and my sister and her husband. Every one loved the decor. We also had a small get together with his friends and thr layout teas perfect for our lunch Buffett and cake. I’m so sad we found this gem right as he graduated would have loved to stay during his tenure at ACU. "

"Cute house with great furnishings! Very nice home with a number of amenities included. I would say the only downside was there was no downstairs seating area. I think the rooms could’ve been configured better to make the downstairs have the living space instead of the upstairs. I had a guest with a bad knee who unfortunately could not get up the stairs. Other than that the home was very lovely."

"It was so nice to stay in a home with 2 living areas and 2 bathrooms! The kitchen was very well stocked with spices, coffee and creamer and cooking utensils. The house was very clean. Since it was Halloween the hosts even left a trick or treat bucket with some treats! So fun! Our family would definitely stay at Cottage Clair again! Highly recommend!"

"A couple of misleading facts about this VRBO.I was a little disappointed that there were people living on the second floor above my room. I heard feet walking across the floor above me into late hours at night.Also the picture was a little misleading. It showed covered parking. But when I got there, 2 vehicles were parked under the canopy. I had to park away from my room. The second, third and fourth night, there was one truck backed in under the carport taking up two spots and their second...
