"The location and infrastructure of the property is excellent, as is the communication with the staff. We just really had some problems with the cleaning of the property."

"Ben and Michael were always available to answer our questions and even let us know things we might enjoy during our stay. The property is a gem on Surfside. The beach so near and you can’t beat the calming sounds of the waves and the sounds of nature. The morning walks while the sun rising against the crashing waves so very therapeutic. The beds so comfortable and blankets so soft and clean. We got the much needed rest and sleep now we are fully charged. Definitely both front and back balconies...

"There was some dust and dog hair but overall the property was clean. The host was very nice and responded to needs very quickly. There was not much provided in the kitchen. But host was very clear on the things that were needed to be brought. I would stay here again."

"The house was amazing, which lead to an incredible weekend with my family. Any negatives were caused by nature. The mosquitos were crazy active around the porch so bring some citronella candles and bug spray! Also, bring bottled water, if you aren't use to well water."

"The house is within walking distance of the beach. One of the rooms had a dirty sheet, trash not emptied in one of the bathrooms, and the hallway could use some mopping."

"The beach house was just large enough that we didn't feel cramped, yet it was cozy. Two nice bathrooms, both with showers and also close enough proximity to the beach that it was an easy walk. We really liked the stairs because of the break & the motion lights for night time."
