"My luggage was left behind in Cairo for the two nights I spent in Kigali. The staff at the hotel could not have been more understanding or helpful. They sent someone to get me a toothbrush and toothpaste, accompanied me into town to buy clothes and helped me to contact the airline as the airport staff would not give me their local contact details. "Probably because it was an international event in town, the prices were very high and incompatible with the service provided. Breakfast could be better, as well as shower maintainance. Bed is large and very comfortable, hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood, staff is friendly and the pool seems to be pleasant (although I did not have the time to enjoy it).
