Bed is large and very comfortable, hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood, staff is friendly and the pool seems to be pleasant (although I did not have the time to enjoy it). Evening playlist at the restaurant was definetly the best of my experience."

"The staff and service at this hotel were top notch - so pleasant and helpful. The property was very clean and had an necessary amenities. The hotel is also very centrally located, making getting around the city a breeze. The only thing that requires improvement, from my perspective, is adjusting the water temperature in the shower as the flow is not consistent (scalding one moment, cold the next). On the plus side, water pressure was excellent. "

"I booked 2 apartments for one night before flying on from Rwanda. When we turned up they had no ecord of our booking or of our payment. When i showed the receipt they allowed us to stay. There is no restaurant or bar onsite, but we did get food from their partner restaurant 3 blocks away and it was delicious homemade pasta. We had it in our apartments. "Good place to stay but not the location I had booked. The airport pick up took me to a location far from the address I had booked. Since I arrived at 3:00 am I really wasn't in a state of mind to check. Use caution. The Genocide Memorial ended up being a 2 1/2 hour walk instead of an hour. Other than that it was a good hotel with good people."
