"We didn’t realize that we didn’t have a place to stay until check in day. We spent 6 hrs on our first day of vacation looking for accommodations. Had to find a place further away and pay an additional $1600. Expedia did not help in any way either. "

It's close for an easy Uber to get downtown, but far enough out of the city that's it's easy to drive to this to places east of the city as well.Plenty of parking, and a great evening hangout for a group of adults exploring the area."

"The location was great! Convenient to everything. We ate out as well as used the kitchen, which was adequately stocked for the preparation of about anything you would want to fix. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Everything was neat, clean and tidy upon arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was our first time to Louisville, but we left wanting to return and explore more of the city!"

"Avoid this hotel. I informed the front desk at check-in that I’d be paying on checkout and would need a receipt in my company’s name. They assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. But at checkout, they refused to issue the receipt. When I asked for the manager, they were called but didn’t show up or respond. I had to leave to catch a flight, and the issue was left unresolved. Unprofessional, dismissive, and clearly not customer-focused."
