"For our needs this cottage was perfect. We have a large dog and with the little fenced yard it made it easier to let him out to do the business. Close to the beach for walking. We would stay here again. "

"It was very clean, in a quite neighborhood. Having a fenced area for dogs was great! Bathroom was a little tight but all and all it was a good stay!"

"The room was clean and area safe. The room was quite stark. More artwork on the walls and an overstuffed chair in the corner would improve the appearance. I enjoyed my stay and may consider staying there again. "

"We were looking for a quiet getaway in a sleepy community and this hit the bullseye. Friendly neighborhood and peaceful at all times of the day. Cape Lookout and Oceanside not over crowded and was a great place to catch the sunset.. Over all the perfect spot."

"Great location, clean and spacious enough for two adult and a medium size pup! This property is attached to another cabin like property so you can hear people through the door that separates the two. Not a big deal as people are usually quiet and respectful! The only thing I must say, we were there two year ago and the box spring under the mattress was very squeaky and still is! Hope they change this before our next visit! "

"Amazing spot for people who like to explore and just need a cozy spot to rest at night! Only two minor things that could be done to make this spot perfect! Needs a couch for two and the bed in the front room really needs to be replaced. Other than that this place was perfect for us."

"Great location, walking distance to downtown which is amazing. The unit is very small, but very clean. The chairs are damaged and uncomfortable, but everything else was perfect We would love to stay again "

"The house has everything you need for a great stay in Rockaway Beach! The house was clean and well stocked. Gary was communicative when issues arose and everything was clearly organized and labeled in the house. Location is perfect for access to anything in town or up and down the coast. There is a slant to the floors on the south side of the house, but the bed has been leveled and was comfortable. We would definitely stay again."

"This house was in the perfect spot if you like to walk the beach, watch the sunset, explore the cute little beach town, grab some groceries, walk for coffee and do surfing lessons! We loved our stay and will be back!"

"My family thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home! The hot tub and spectacular view provided a much needed respite after a long day of hiking and driving. The house is very clean, well appointed, and has everything you need for a wonderful stay! The games and movies were also a big hit. "
