"Great house, close to the beach, nice hot tub!"

"We thought the place was cute and cozy. It is an interesting layout with the potential to sleep 9-10 with children in 3 bedrooms. The house is a little older and showing some wear but you can tell the owners did absolutely everything they could to make sure you had everything you would need. The new huge washer and dryer are a perfect example. Beach access is a short walk and you are close enough to Pacific City to gather everything you might need. We would stay there again."

"We had a wonderful time visiting the coast and this property was just perfect for our family of 4. The bedrooms were beautiful and clean, we enjoyed lounging and watching TV and eating meals in the evenings, and playing with the badminton, pool, and other activities in the garage. The walking trails around the property are beautiful and it takes just a few peaceful minutes of walking to get to the beach for the day for for sunset. The neighborhood was quiet and located very close to restaurants...

"This is a fun and relaxing house to stay in. The hot tub was amazing, and the short walk to the beach made it easy for us to go back and forth several times a day. We also loved the charming small-town atmosphere of Pacific City.  The river is peaceful and easily accessible."

"A very nice vacation home that spoiled us for our later stays during our nine days on the Oregon Coast. Beautiful baths and a very comfortable living area and kitchen. The neighborhood is first rate with hiking trails through out the subdivision. We’ll come back in a New York minute!"

"We recently stayed at this property and overall had a good experience, but the start of our stay was unfortunately frustrating.When we arrived, the house had not been cleaned or prepared, and we had to leave and wait for about two hours before we could get access. During that time, communication was disappointing. "Unfortunately our stay didn’t happen as the room was not ready as we were told. The facility needed a cleaning other than the bathroom. The main living area was quit dirty. The bedding was stained and there was something on the walls. Location was okay but views were obstructed and when we went on the porch we could only smell the strong smell of cigarettes. Won’t be back at this location…"
