"The stay was fine; we rested comfortably. The attention of the cabin maintenance guy was excellent, but the attention from the office staff was not good. If the customer has a need, they should not worry about mobilizing the staff. We arrived for a peaceful rest, but we had a stressful time waiting for the Wi‑Fi signal to connect. They need to improve that service because, as a customer, we also wanted to watch a program, and it was very stressful not having any signal to watch the TV....

"We had a great time and loved our vacation. Great communication & clean place. The beach was great for the dogs to go in & out of the water with ease. Our one dog would have just stayed in the water the entire time if we let him. Something to want to note are: 1. The beach has a TON of shells on the beach for my old feet, I had to wear water shoes, it is crazy how many shells were there. We didnt expect that at all. Our kids loved looking and going through them; 2. the beach is not 100% private,...

"We loved Sweetwater and Lake Wylie. The house is perfect with all the amenities you need for a welcoming stay. The dock was lovely but the sandy beach was the best place to relax and hear the waves come in. And our dog loved the geese!"

"Absolutely loved my stay! The space is bigger than I imagined but it literally had everything that I needed! It was clean, comfy and cool with this summer heat! I had to travel to CLT a lot during my stay and this location is about a 20-25 minute drive from the Uptown area! It was a nice and quiet neighborhood, would definitely stay again."

"Gwynne and her family’s cottage is so quaint! This was my first time spending the weekend in Belmont, and I couldn’t have picked a better place to call home for the weekend. Not only was it beautiful and clean, but it was in proximity to all of the town’s dining and stores. The hammock was a plus, and I enjoyed a few minutes lying outside in nature. From booking to check out, Gwynne and team communicated effectively! I would definitely stay here again!"
