"Bill and Robin were welcoming hosts and their puppy Maui. We loved the deck by the river and all of the accommodations if we wanted to kayak, perhaps next time. It was quiet and peaceful and I loved the books and decor. I mostly caught up on sleep but if I had a few more days I would have read. "

"This rental is minutes from Harpers Ferry and Shepardstown. The balcony has comfortable furniture with a lovely view of the Potomac. Saw tons of deer. Well stocked kitchen and toiletries provided. The steps are a bit steep, but then we're all in our 70's and 80's. Great stay!"

"Incredibly charming home in the perfect location. Me, my husband, and small dog spent hours on the deck, people watching, admiring the butterflies and the scenery, and drinking local wine from the cute store across the street. Just a minute's walk to restaurants and a cafe, with an amazing ice cream shop down the steps. The house was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Highly recommend. "

"This is a beautiful home in a secluded neighborhood with access to the Potomac River. The house is about 10 minutes from all of the things you would want to do in the Harper’s Ferry Historic area. The house is furnished and decorated very nicely and the kitchen has everything you will need for preparing & serving meals. It is a very peaceful location with lots of deer and opportunities to relax. "

"We had a beautiful two night stay at the waterfront property in Harpers Ferry! We pulled into the driveway on the first night and found a mother deer with two baby fawns. We were pleasantly surprised when we pulled in and saw some beautiful chickens on the neighbor's property next door. Was fun to wake up in the mornings and sip tea on the porch overlooking the river and all of the wildlife! Loved the property and the communication! "
