Welcome to this pleasant family holiday home located in **Clohars-Fouesnant**, in the heart of a quiet and peaceful residential area. **Just 3 km from Bénodet** and 2.5 km by cycle path, you can easily enjoy its shops, thalassotherapy centre and beautiful beaches. Fully equipped to accommodate up to **8 travellers**, the house offers all the comfort needed for a family stay. You will particularly appreciate its **large outdoor space with garden**, two terraces and a barbecue, ideal for enjoying summer meals with the family. Also treat yourself to a getaway **to the Glénan** islands, which depart from Bénodet.



Pass through the entrance door and discover a large air-conditioned living space, with direct access to two terraces. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, microwave, oven, electric hob and dishwasher), provides everything you need to prepare your meals. For your breakfasts, a kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Tassimo machine are also available. You can enjoy your meals around the dining table or take advantage of the terrace on fine days. In the evening, relax comfortably by the fireplace, on the 2 sofas, whilst enjoying the television.



On the upper floor, the accommodation has 4 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: a Queen Size bed (160x200), a large wardrobe and a bookshelf.

Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x190), a wardrobe and a small desk.

Bedroom 3: a single bed (80x190), a small wardrobe as well as books and children's games.

Bedroom 4: a Queen Size bed (160x200), a single bed (90x190 for children), a wardrobe and a television.



The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Two separate toilets complete the accommodation.



For your comfort, you will also have access to a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a travel cot with mattress, a high chair, as well as an iron and an ironing board.



Finally, you will be able to park up to two vehicles easily in the property's courtyard.
