In the calm of a residential area, this lovely house built in 2018, designed to accommodate 8 people, welcomes you for a family holiday. Both inside and outside, everything here gives a sense of calm and relaxation.

In the garden, you will find a lounge area with sofa, poufs and coffee table. A little further away, sheltered from sun and wind, a charming semi-enclosed space with armchairs and maxi cushions invites you to rest or read. On the terrace, a barbecue awaits your grilling talents to gather everyone around the table.

Inside, the ground floor welcomes you into a large living space, with soft tones of white, stone and wood. The large rustic solid wood table gives the dining room a family and warm aspect. One thinks of the delicious meals that can be prepared in the equipped kitchen visible behind. You will find an induction hob, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, a traditional oven and a dishwasher. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster and two coffee makers, one filter and the other a Dolce Gusto capsule machine, are at your disposal.

A comfortable living room, with sofa, armchairs, floor cushions and a cosy rug, receives you to watch a good film, have an aperitif, or simply for the pleasure of chatting.

Upstairs, the 8 sleeping spaces are distributed across 3 large bedrooms. In the first, you will find a Queen size bed (160/200). In the second, a double bed. And in the last, which should appeal to the younger ones, a bunk bed composed of a double bed below and a single bed above, and a fourth sleeping space to finish.
