The Cocoonr agency is offering this holiday home for rent in Clohars-Carnoët, situated around 200 metres from the beach and featuring a shared swimming pool. It has a floor area of 43 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises a 20 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, a shower room (with shower), and you can enjoy an enclosed garden of around 70 m². Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 20 m² living area with a TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, induction hobs…
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (150×200)
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A lovely 70 m² enclosed and private garden
- A 17 m² wooden terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- A shared, unheated swimming pool measuring 10m x 4m, open from 15 June to 15 September, from 10.00 to 20.00

The house is ideally situated in Clohars-Carnoët, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence’s private car park (one private space).
