"This hotel was a little out of the way, so you’ll have to use taxis for
Transport. They were very accommodating when we arrived early and they got us all checked in. The property was well maintained and the room was a nice size. The staff were helpful and managed all us cruise passengers even though there was a lot of us. I would stay here again. Dover is a beautiful town. "

"We arrived before the check-in time and dropped our luggage there, wich was placed in our room when we finally got to the room. The staff couldn't be nicer. The hotel is located by the entrance to the Cathedral, near stores, pubs and restaurants. Comfortable clean room. Ours was an ensuite. I would definitely recommend it. "
"The whole staff was very helpful and personable, but I wanted to give a shoutout to Tony, who went above and beyond. I called an Uber on my last day, and it kept delaying the arrival time. When I became concerned about missing my train, and a taxi was going to take too long to arrive, Tony took me to the train station himself--talk about going the extra mile! (Also, note that Uber is currently not reliable in Canterbury--hopefully that will change in the future). "

"Absolutely lovely little spa hotel, staff are friendly and attentive and the brought-to-room breakfast is lovely, room was clean, warm and modern with great tea and coffee facilities, nearby to lots of cute attractions and easy to access, you can even book treatments last minute at the spa, would certainly book again especially for the fair room and treatment pricing "
"Great location for me, within walking distance of all the major sites, plenty of dining options nearby, the building itself was a treat! Staff was helpful. I was having a minor laundry emergency (a previous booking didn't have laundry services as advertised) and they were kind enough to accommodate me quickly and efficiently. The only down sides were seasonal. Our stay coincided with high temperatures and our room was stuffy, which is completely understandable, but the windows were not screened....
"We stayed here at the cottage last year, enjoyed the stay very much and therefore returned here for the 2nd time. We didn’t eat or used the swimming pool last time. So it was a nice additional experience this time. The staff were all very helpful and polite and we were not disappointed at al. "

Pela distância da cidade, é um lugar que te obriga a fazer todas as refeições nele, não sendo muito em conta, apesar da alimentação ser saudável e gourmet. Contrasta com a calma do lugar, dando um certo estresse por vc não ter onde sentar e relaxar. O quarto da casa, mesmo com as janelas abertas, era escuro, precisando acender todas as luzes para enxergar melhor. "
