"Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

We had everything we needed - including a hob and oven, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine, as well as the standard hairdryer, iron and ironing board. "We were only here one night, but I loved staying in this flat! It was a real insight into how people live their everyday lives in a city the size of Oxford. Manu was excellent about communicating with us and made sure we would have no trouble finding the flat or getting into it. I wish we could have stayed here longer, and I would definitely reach out to him again if I ever travel back this way!"

"Hotel com localização excelente, próximo de todos os restaurantes e fácil acesso caminhando ao centro da cidade. Está bem claro que a proposta do hotel ser econômico, não oferecem serviço de quarto nem troca de toalhas então se programe para estadias mais longas. Pessoal do atendimento muito rude, não fazem nenhuma questão de ajudar, pouco simpáticos, em Especial Samia, uma antipatia formidavel!"
