"The photo's do not do this property justice, it is spacious and gorgeous, very clean and equipped with everything you could need. Beds SUPER comfortable and plenty of beautiful linen / towels, including lovely toiletries. Everything worked well, the heating was fantastic on a cold long weekend - we experienced no issues at all, and were very happy during our stay. It's also a short walk into town, so for dinners and meals out was very convenient location. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!"

"Great house for the extended family of six adults, Queensland, Hay and Melbourne. We liked how it is located centrally. We were very comfortable and definitely warm, facilities were great. It is too bad that we could not stay longer. Orange has lots to offer and it is a very vibrant city. Would stay here again and under happier circumstances. Loved it."

"The property was extremely clean when we arrived. It was very cosy, with great heating and even electric blankets on the beds. There are 3 double bedrooms, which suited us perfectly with our group of 4 adults. The check in process was very easy and there was plenty of off street and on street parking. The property is in a great location. It is close to a small shopping centre, Byng St cafe is a short walk away, as is Cook Park which is a great spot for a walk, a picnic or just to visit the...

"A lovely house, great location and a quiet street. We requested an earlier check in than 3pm but this was denied due to the expected cleaning times. No cleaners were present at the house between 2pm and 3pm but we could not get into contact with the host. None of our messages or calls were answered to help us get access. Even though check in was supposed to be 3pm we were not sent any access information until after 3:30pm even after numerous texts and phone calls.It is a lovely and clean...
