Unfortunately, the power was out half of our stay because of the hurricane but the house was still comfortable with many windows we could open and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy during the day. We thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit, grill and outdoor picnic area. We'd stay again if we are ever in the area! "

"Came down from Louisville for a long weekend to see family. This was perfect for a couple. A full kitchen, new washer and dryer. We had our friends over one night and had a fire (roasting sticks for smores can be found in the kitchen). We found it very thoughtful that Audrey provided us with an extra dog leash and poop bags. An added bonus was the heating floor in the bathroom!! All around a great weekend away"

"My husband and I rented this beautiful serene house as a quite get away for our 53rd anniversary. It was all anyone could ask for and more. We were even surprised to find a dozen red roses and a card from the owner wishing us a happy anniversary. "Nat is the best of best when it comes to owners. He made sure we knew where to go and what to do while we were there. Comfort was ensured several times. The house is well stocked and very clean. The river, creek, rolling green land, and wildlife are the perfect setting, and the yurt is so comfortable. The bedding is luxurious!"
