"Such a great stay!! We loved the location and the tiny house! I love that you provided all the amenities we would need, down to the s’mores! Responses were quick and informative. My only complaint was the bed was too hard for my liking, if you like a firm mattress this will be perfect for you!"

"Absolutely beautiful property. The host goes above and beyond with amenities: kitchenware, snacks, toiletries, so thought out! We would absolutely stay here again. It is a cabin so there were a fair amount of spider webs and dust. Lots of the carpets are very stained but clean. Outdoor area not very kept up but if you’re willing to wipe down some tables yourself it’s comfortably enough. "

"We had such a great time! The cabin was cozy and fully stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was a major plus and we were close to great hiking."

"The property was lovely and off the beaten path. Close enough to town to be convenient, but far enough for peace and quiet. The owners, Don and Teresa, are wonderful people and made us feel right at home. It's a shame we only stayed for one night before heading south. We will definitely be booking here in the future. Highly recommend."

"We enjoyed the peaceful cabin stay. It was convenient for our small bachelorette group to get into town for our activities and then come back and relax. The comfy living room was great for our game night. The only thing we wished was that there were doors or curtains on the upstairs bathrooms but overall it was perfect."

"This cabin was absolutely perfect for a family vacation. We happen to be visiting Brown County during a heat wave which made it hard to be out hiking or shopping but this cabin comes equipped with an awesome game room in the basement. The host really thought of everything, there was air hockey, shuffle board, foosball, and many more games to play including an arcade game with so many games it was hard to choose! "This cabin is excellent and absolutely impeccable. The cleanliness is outstanding. The bathrooms, kitchen—everything is very well equipped.The only concern is the staircase leading to the rooms on the second floor: it is very dangerous for children under the age of eight and for older adults. We kindly recommend installing handrails on both sides, as a fall on such hard wood could be very dangerous or even fatal.Thank you very much—we will definitely return!"

"Very nice property out in the country yet just minutes away from Scenic Nashville Indiana. We enjoyed the well maintained trails on the property. Highly recommended for a weekend trip to Nashville. "

"Our stay was amazing from the cozy atmosphere, loved the decor, to the well-stocked kitchen, fireplce and water filtration system. Host was helpful with restaurants, things to go see and do and prompt to respond. The outside atmosphere with the shower and hot tub under the stars was amazing. Def plan on going back either in the spring or fall. "

"The place was clean & cozy. Check in/out was easy with clear instructions. Had a few questions and the property manager responded immediately. We would absolutely come back here!! "

"The house has plenty of space for a big group. Great place for gathering and plenty of sleeping room and bathrooms. Within walking distance of lots of great restaurants and Wild Geese, an amazing bookstore. Highly recommend if you’re going to be in Franklin. "

"A few kinks but nothing that would take away from the beautiful property just 10 minutes from the most beautiful waterfall. Didn’t need to leave though because all the activities and fun to be had right at the rental. So much fun and so relaxing, would rent again. "
