"Clean and quiet place, perfect location."

"Everyone at the front desk was so kind and very helpful no matter what time of the day it was. The kitchen people that were waiting on us in the morning taking care of all the guests, which was very crowded. They were very kind and there was different ones on different days so it was just really nice to hear a nice voice welcoming you in there breakfast was great each day. So thank you for everything. This is the second year. We stayed here and we plan on coming back."

"There was no breakfast. There was weak coffee from a machine and a candy bar. The vent on the air conditioner blew right on the bed and wasn't adjustable. There were stains from ceiling leaks. It looked like someone had tried to repaint with a sponge."

"It was like staying at a resort. The receptionist accidentally re-charged me for the same booking- which when I inquired about later since it exceeded the typical hold for damages the receptionist was friendly and helpful, and immediately refunded the money. They used keys instead of updated key pads. There was no lotion in the room which is not a huge deal. I bring my own supplies. Breakfast I was told was at 7 for grab and go and 7:30 for hot food. It was actually 7:30 8 a.m. for hot food. I...

"Has laundry and vending machines, as well as a simple breakfast. Parking is easy, and they have sections of parking that correspond to entrances nearest to your room. There is no elevator, so communicate when booking if there is a mobility issue or heavy luggage with your party, that way the hotel can reserve you a room on the first floor if it’s needed. Some facility issues in one of our original rooms but the staff was helpful and immediately placed us in an improved room. New room was clean...

"Acessible and good place to stay"

"Pool slide was dirty and not working. Pool area could have been cleaned/ power washed. All rugs needed a good vacuuming. Outdoor light shined directly into our room. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. Easy check in and out. Great location. Lots of food/shops/attractions close by."

"lots of renovations. constant noise. very dusty environment. We took breakfast at 8am and everything was cold. They put us on the wing where they were doing major construction and they told me the hotel was full but we were alone at the breakfast at 8am!!! We will never go back there. So many nice hotels in Lac George."

"The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The facility is starting to show a little wear, but was very clean. I was able to get a nice, quiet room on the back of the building and slept very well. The bed was very comfortable. I jumped up at 5:00 a.m. and was able to drive the last 12 hours to my destination!"

"The staff were all very nice and caring about your needs, especially the evening check in person and the wonderful woman in charge of the breakfast area. The rooms were not good we had to swap rooms after the first night because both beds were in bad shape with lumps that felt like hills that made us feel like we were going to roll off onto the floor.
