📌 Parking is limited on the property, so we recommend planning ahead.
◆ There is 1 off-street parking space with a reserved sign. Please park there and avoid parking on the other side of the parking lot where the daycare is located.

◆ To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we enforce a strict no-party policy, and excessive noise is not permitted. The property is equipped with a noise monitoring device called MINUT, which alerts us if noise levels exceed the set limit. Tampering with or disabling this device will result in a $200 fine and immediate removal from the property.

◆ Self-check-in is available using the electronic keypad at the front door.
◆ Access codes will be sent within 24 hours of your arrival.
◆ Guests can access their individual units and a shared laundry room within the building.

Moreover, just over an hour's drive westward will lead you to Cedar Point, home to some of the world's best roller coasters, promising thrilling adventures for thrill-seekers.

👣 The unit is situated on the second floor. Guests must climb stairs, as there are 2 sets of stairs with 5-6 stairs each leading to the apartment, equipped with handrails for safety.

👣 Please be aware that guests must climb some steps to enter the house, including one step at the side entrance and a few steps leading down to the basement.

👣 Please be aware that guests must climb stairs to access the unit. There are 4-5 steps down to the unit, which is considered a "garden apartment" as it is partially below the main/street level of the building. Additionally, to exit the building, there are two sets of 5-6 stairs with handrails. The coin-operated laundry room is located on the 2nd floor, requiring climbing up and down a few flights of steps.

🐶 Pets are not allowed without prior approval. If approved, a $95 fee applies for up to two dogs (no weight limit). For more than two pets, an additional pet fee will be charged. Unauthorized pets will incur a $200 fine plus a $200 pet fee. Please contact us in advance if you're traveling with pets.

🛜 Wi-Fi, two Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and other essentials are provided free of charge during your stay.

⚠️ We provide a selection of basic essentials upon your arrival, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, toilet paper, and a roll of paper towels. These items are not replenished, so you'll need to purchase additional supplies once they run out.

◆ A security deposit may be required before your arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. This deposit is processed as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided no issues arise.
