Close to shops, restaurants, parks, and family fun centers. Features a modern kitchen, Wi-Fi, free parking, and a SMART TV (log into your own Roku). Shared washer/dryer (paid use). No cable; don’t forget to log out before checkout. A great spot for work or relaxation!

This modern and sophisticated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment offers all the comforts of home, making it the ideal choice for your stay in Cleveland or nearby areas to visit friends or relatives, or simply for a memorable trip to create new life stories and memories!

◆ The living room boasts a high wall-mounted flat-screen SMART TV and a comfortable couch that can be pulled out to accommodate extra sleeping arrangements or for relaxation.

◆ This fully updated kitchen includes premium appliances and starter essentials to help you cook with ease during your stay. It also includes a Keurig coffee maker for your morning caffeine fix.

◆ The spacious, sun-drenched dining area features a table set for 4 guests to enjoy meals at home and can double as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.

◆ This 821 sq ft | 76 sqm apartment includes 1 bedroom with a king bed and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests (1 sofa bed in the common area).

📌 IMPORTANT NOTE: The carpet has been recently replaced with new hardwood flooring, for a cleaner, more modern look.

📌 A paid washer and dryer are available in the shared laundry room located in the hallway.

📌 Parking is limited on the property, so we recommend planning ahead.
◆ There is 1 off-street parking space with a reserved sign. Please park there and avoid parking on the other side of the parking lot where the daycare is located.

◆ Guests have full, exclusive access to the apartment during their stay, with shared access to the laundry room.

◆ Complimentary amenities include Wi-Fi, a 55” Smart TV, bed linens, and bath towels. We also provide some starter essentials like soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. These items are not replenished during your stay.

◆ To ensure a peaceful environment for all residents, parties/events, loud music, raised voices, or excessive noise are not permitted. The property is equipped with MINUT, a noise monitoring device that alerts us to excessive noise levels. Tampering with or attempting to disable this device will result in a $200 fine and immediate removal from the property.

We strive to maintain a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all guests while respecting our neighbors' peace and privacy.

◆ Guests can conveniently self-check-in using the electronic keypad located at the front door.

◆ Access codes are typically sent within 24 hours of your arrival for your ease of entry.

◆ Each guest will have exclusive access to their individual unit, as well as shared access to the laundry room within the building.

⚠️ As the property is part of an apartment complex with 12 units, guests may experience occasional noise associated with everyday activities.

◆ Downtown Cleveland is only a brief car ride away, offering opportunities to attend various sporting events, visit museums, catch concerts, enjoy a cup of coffee, dine out, and indulge in some shopping. Drive a little over an hour west, and you'll find yourself at Cedar Point, home to some of the world's best roller coasters.

◆ Benefit from close proximity to public transportation options to transport you anywhere you need to go.
◆ Uber and Lyft drivers are plentiful in this area, providing additional transportation choices.
◆ The property is less than 15 minutes away from the airport for added convenience.
◆ Easy highway access to I-90 ensures seamless travel connections.

👣 Please note that guests must climb some steps to enter the house, including one step at the side entrance and a few steps leading down to the basement.

👣 Please note that guests must navigate stairs to access the unit. There are 4-5 steps down to the unit, as it's considered a "garden apartment" partially below the main/street level. Additionally, to exit the building, there are two sets of 5-6 stairs with handrails. Access to the coin-operated laundry room on the 2nd floor requires climbing up and down a few flights of steps as well.

🐶 Pets are not allowed without prior approval. If approved, a $95 fee applies for up to two dogs (no weight limit). For more than two pets, an additional pet fee will be charged. Unauthorized pets will incur a $200 fine plus a $200 pet fee. Please contact us in advance if you're traveling with pets.

🛜 Wi-Fi, two Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and other essentials are provided free of charge during your stay.

⚠️ We provide a selection of basic essentials upon your arrival, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, toilet paper, and a roll of paper towels. These items are not replenished, so you'll need to purchase additional supplies once they run out.

◆ A security deposit may be required before your arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. This deposit is processed as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided no issues arise.

◆ Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
