Welcome to this comfortable 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit in the heart of downtown Cleveland. The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining space boasts tall ceilings, spacious and stylish furnishings. The apartment is walking distance to several of Cleveland`s best restaurants and entertainment including the East Bank of the Flats. The building offers a brand new gym, in-unit laundry, and options for downtown parking. Make yourself at home or head out to see all that CLE has to offer!
This fully stocked and tastefully decorated apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in the heart of downtown Cleveland. The building, elevator, and hallway to the unit can be accessed without stairs.
Upon entering the unit, the bathroom with tub and free laundry closet (iron/ board) will be on your left. The bathroom has essentials including a shampoo/ conditioner and hair dryer should you have accidentally left yours at home!
You will then walk up two steps to the king bedroom with desk and TV (which could double as a monitor) followed queen bedroom on your left.
You will continue down two steps to the open concept living, dining, and kitchen space. Each bedroom has a fan located in the closet and one closet includes a pack and play if you brought your little ones along for the stay!
The open concept living and dining room features a 55` HD TV, comfortable couch and chair, and a dining table for 4. The fully stocked kitchen has some basics if you want to stay in and cook and a coffee station should you want to fuel up and head out.
Guests will have access to the lobby of the building which provides steps or an elevator up to your unit. On the lower level of the building, guests will also have access to the gym, commercial laundry space, and the dog wash. There is an option for paid parking on the premises in a gated lot (max of 2 cars).
Within the unit, the guest have access to all areas, except for two hall closets marked with `Do not enter` signs. These have the apartments mechanicals and the clean staff`s supplies.

This unit is located in an apartment building that also is home to regular tenants. Because there are multiple units in the building, occasionally sound may travel from the hallway or other units to this unit. The hallway, lobby and elevator/ stairs, gym, and dog wash are all shared spaces.
Building/ Unit Quirks: - Elevator: The digital elevator screen will display one floor higher than the floor you have selected. For example if you press `3` to go to the third floor, the screen will display a `4` when it stops on the third floor. You can verify that you are on the correct floor by looking at the floor sign on the right when the elevator door opens. The floor numbers are also displayed on the door to access the hallway to your unit. LL is the lower level with the gym, commercial washers/ dryers, and dog wash (screen will display 1).
- Steps: There are two steps up to the hallway for the bedrooms in each unit and two steps down to the common space (two on either side of the hallway for 4 total) .
- Parking: There is no free parking for this area. If you are bringing a vehicle, we offer paid parking in a lot (max of 2 cars). Please note that the gate can remain open at times and the lot is not covered. For stays longer than 7 days, an additional charge will apply. Please reach out for this information.
- Locked Building: The front door to the apartment is locked. If you are getting a delivery or waiting for the other guests to arrive, you will need to go down to the 1st floor to let them into the building.

🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. 🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors. ⚠️To ensure smooth check-in, please complete these steps after booking: - Sign the rental agreement - Make sure your payment is all set - Take a quick selfie while holding your driver’s license or government-issued ID. 📌I respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights. 📌If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! 🚨 Access Info: To enter the building and parking lot, guests must download a Verkada Pass mobile app (invite sent by email). Guests must provide an active email address to receive the app invite. - No parties or events - No smoking, vaping, or burning ANYTHING inside our home. Any smell/ evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $500 fee - Check out is at 11am sharp. Every 15 minutes passed the 11am check out will result in a $25 fee. (i.e. Guest check outs at 11:45am they will be charge $75). Late check outs do not allow enough time for our cleaners to prepare for the next guest. - Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours after 10pm and before 8am. - Furniture and decor should not be moved during your stay. -Approval of a max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay.
