Remodeled in November 2024! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 2BR/1.5 BA home in Avon Lake Cottage District. Very Spacious Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. 2 Bedrooms upstairs.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Complete remodel of existing home that has a fenced in back yard if you choose to bring your pet. All new hardwood flooring restoration and paint. All new furniture and beds!

Whole house rental includes Wifi and Two Roku TVs . Washer & Dryer, Fully Functional Kitchen, Coffee, Tea & Soda provided as well as many complimentary household items such as soap, shampoo, conditioners, many convenient household products for short or long stays!

Downstairs is very roomy. 2 Bedroom located on 2nd Floor. Master Bathroom has a queen bed, sitting area and a TV. 2nd Bedroom has a double size bed. Inflatable double mattress available if needed.

Guests do not have access to garage.

Walleye fishing trip

This house was perfect for walleye fishing out of Avon Lake. Neighbors were friendly, house was clean and the owners are always looking for ways to improve this rental. This place is great if you are traveling with a dog. The fenced in yard has just enough green space and the owners even provide clean up bags. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to stay again.

Charming home in Avon Lake

Charming home in Avon Lake, loved the decor, it was perfect for our weekend stay. We traveled with our dogs so the fenced in yard was bonus for them, they don't have that at home. Avon Lake is a real nice area.

Avon Lake cozy home

The hosts did an amazing job of tastefully decorating for the holidays and providing treats and drinks upon arrival. We had a few questions which were taken care of quickly. The home was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again the next time we’re in town! Thank you for putting some extra happy in our holidays!

Home Away From Home

I have stayed at many VRBO properties and this is “hands down” my favorite. The past two years, I have had to visit my ailing parents in Bay Village/Rocky River often. Because I am not home very often, I decided not to decorate for the holidays. I was delighted to see the tasteful holiday decorations when I arrived. The fenced in yard was an added bonus for my dog. If I could stay here every time I visit, I would!

Avon Lake stay

The property worked very well for us. We were visiting a family member who is in a memory care facility just about one mile away, so the location was very good for us, and so much better than staying in a hotel. We could invite friends over to visit and the living space was very spacious. The kitchen was also well stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals. It was also nice to have an outdoor patio.

Our Stay in Avon Lake

The home we rented was very comfortable. There were cold drinks in the frig, and toiletries available in case we'd forgotten anything. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils, pots, and everything we needed to prepare meals. We'll be returning when we visit the area again.

What I enjoyed most was the hospitality that we received. The drinks, K-cups, popsicles, laundry detergent, etc. Giving honest recommendations on places to visit. All we had to do before leaving was dishes & trash. The owners wanted us to enjoy our stay and we did.

Family mini vacay

The house was very cozy and clean. Plenty of space for the kids to enjoy playing uno and their board games they brought along for the trip. I was glad that the house had a half bathroom it is a must with five people in a house. My husband was happy about the Keurig machine he loves coffee. The beverages that were left by the owner were so thoughtful I loved it. A very cozy house in a family friendly neighborhood. I'd recommend to my friends and family. If your looking for easy booking,reasonable pricing, and prompt responses and communication this is the spot for you.

Great Place with Thoughtful Touches!

The property has plenty of space, is nicely furnished, and provides a sense of comfort while staying there. Upon entering, you are greeted by a sweet treat (candy) and a pleasant smell throughout the property. There were various drinks (pop and water) chilled and waiting in the fridge as well as some soups in the cupboard above the coffee pot. There was a nice selection of coffee and hot chocolate K-cups too. There are baggies, coffee filters, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and more available for use. There is even more if you want to cook. Overall, great place to stay!

Beautiful Home and great place to stay.

My daughter and her family stayed here while on vacation from South Carolina. The house was a wonderful and beautiful place to stay. Very comfortable and clean. Thank you for making their trip enjoyable.
