A beautiful single family home close to EVERYTHING! 7 minutes from Cleveland A beautiful single-family home close to EVERYTHING! 7 minutes from Cleveland Hopkins Airport, 2 minutes from Baldwin Wallace University, 6 minutes from the IX Center, and 20 minutes from downtown Cleveland! This home has 4 bedrooms & sleeps 10 people comfortably. If you have little ones, you`ll want to check out Mucklo Playground (in the photos) and Berea Municipal Outdoor Pool both of which are .5 miles away and only a 1-minute drive! We aim to provide the best stay possible for our guests and we welcome any questions.

Clean, Comfortable and Quiet

This property was perfect for my family which included my husband and I, my son and daughter in law, and three grandchildren. The home is clean and spacious and the surrounding neighborhood is peaceful and well kept. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked, providing everything we needed; and the living area very comfortable. We loved the location being so close to a park and Wallace and Coe lakes — the kids really enjoyed it! We also enjoyed having a backyard barbecue with extended family, and on the 4th watching the fireworks right from the backyard. Our host was Dan — he is so incredibly responsive and very thoughtful! Because my husband’s mom is now living in Berea at the Generations Assisted Living facility (which is a 3 min. drive from the property) it’s good to know we have a house we can return to — we will be definitely staying again!

Cute home and great location

Older home that has been remodeled. Very nice inside. Great communication with hose the entire time. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful and close to everything. We were hoping to get some walks in at one of the several nearby parks and lakes but it rained the entire time. The stairs are steep and the bedrooms are all upstairs. No issue for us, just a heads up for others. Would definitely stay there again if we come back to Cleveland.

Perfect location for our needs

My three siblings and I were in the area for a memorial service in North Olmsted, a luncheon near the airport and another gathering in Columbia Station. This house was in a great location for all of it. Dan was very responsive to us and we had a great 2-night weekend stay.

A Family Reunion

We had a memorial service to attend and so this place was base camp for the scattered family. It w as comfortable, relaxing and located near anything we needed. The park nearby was a wonderful treat for the children.

Girl’s Trip

This property looks just as advertised. Located in a lovely, walkable neighborhood. Plenty of beds (comfy linens and plentiful towels). Kitchen is well appointed and the living spaces provided plenty of room to sit around the dining room table or watch movies in the living room. Berea is a darling little down with a lovely park and lake in the middle. The house is a couple blocks away from a beautiful hiking / bike trail.

Family Wedding Trip

This is an older home that has been completely remodeled. The owners have done a wonderful job making it homey and welcoming. It is extremely clean and well equipped. It is in a lovely neighborhood and very close to the airport. Highly recommend.

Visit to Cleveland

The floors on the property were very uneven. There were too many electrical cords and cables lying around. All of the extension cords made me nervous because of the lack of outlets. There were also a few spiders in the skylights. And there was no mention of steers in the ad. We are in our 70s and it was very uncomfortable using the stairs.

4th of July Stay/Visiting Family

Berea is a wonderful town. The downtown has a great park/playground/public pool which we took advantage of and was in easy walking distance from the house. We were even able to view the fireworks from the backyard on the 4th and enjoy Berea's parade. The house was perfect for our needs and the side yard was great for the kids to play in.

Perfect little house

The house is very clean and came with everything we needed! We were even able to rent a pack and play and high chair. The host was very responsive. This was a perfect little house for our family of 7 for an out of town wedding. It’s close to a park and cute little shops and restaurants. Would rent again!

Lovely house!

House was very nice. It was perfect for our family visit to Berea. It is larger than it looks in the pictures. It was clean and there were lots of extras (kitchen/bathroom supplies, toiletries) that made it convenient. Plenty of parking on the driveway, quiet neighborhood, close to the Main Street of Berea. Check in was easy as well as good communication with owner. I would recommend this house and would stay here again.

Great place to stay during our event at the IX Center

6 of us had to come to town to work the boat show at the IX center and chose this over a hotel. We had a great experience and this wonderful property. 1st class accommodations and service! A “blizzard” happened while we were there and the driveway was plowed before we needed to leave. Plenty of parking for lots of cars. Kitchen was really equipped for cooking and sharing meals! We already booked for next year!

Great Family Stay

Great place and location.

perfect place to stay

Older home that has been nicely renovated. This house is on a lovely street. You would never know how busy the area actually is !! Long weekend with my girlfriends. We get together twice a year. Only suggestions, wine glasses are needed at the house.

Family Wedding

Great location. Very easy drive to and from airport. Convenient access to all highways and turnpike. Homey atmosphere with nice yard for children to enjoy. One morning, saw a family of deers eating in the yard. Rooms were a nice size and kitchen was well equipment.

Convenient and Well Furnished House

Our family stayed here during a family reunion week. It is convenient to a lovely playground, city pool, restaurants, grocery stores and parks - most within walking distance. The house contains a roomy refrigerator; large size modern washer and dryer; spacious yard; and lots of pots, pans, dishes, towels, etc. The host was immediately responsive to our inquiries during our stay. This is our second stay in this house and we plan to rent it again in the future.
